We stayed a weekend and had booked the most expensive suite since we were travelling with an infant and wanted a spacious place with a view. The weather was cold and windy, and unfortunately, the windows facing the sea were very old and nowhere near able to keep the wind and the cold out. Standing near the windows felt like standing outside, and the room was uncomfortably cold and litterally "windy" - and definitely not a place for an infant. We explained the situation at the reception; they offered us a smaller room with no view and some blankets to stay warm(!) and refused to compensate us in any other way. The receptionist made it very clear that bad weather was not the hotel's problem(!) and refused to acknowlede that, although the weather might not be, the poor condition of the windows is definitely a problem of the hotel. All in all quite a bad experience and a huge waste of money.
