The bed was very comfortable, it was very clean and decorated so cute, we really enjoyed our stay here, the cabin is in the backyard of the owner's house, we love communicating with people and are very friendly but the owners gave us our privacy, we had the place all to ourselves, we enjoyed the fire pit, there was plenty of wood for us, beautiful lights out in the back, Brian and his family really did a great job with this place, I tell you one thing if we ever...

"This was our second time staying at this property. This is an amazing place to stay if you love all things nature. The property is absolutely beautiful. We hiked and hiked and hiked. The kids had so much fun hunting for antlers and fossils, playing in the creek, and trying to sneak up on the deer to get a closer look."

"Cabin was perfect for our stay. Very private and quiet. Owner let us pet and feed the animals. Was nice sitting next to the fire pit star gazing. Onsite cook made and delivered all our delicious meals, she even delivered us some adult beverages from town. Owner was charming and accommodating. Overall had a wonderful time!"

"My family of 4 needed a place to stay while visiting my in-laws for Easter weekend. This 3b/2b house exceeded all expectations. I have stayed in many VRBO rentals, and this was one of the cleanest I have seen. The firesticks on each TV was a bonus! The beds/couches were comfortable and there was more than enough space for my family of 4. We could've slept 6, if needed. Each morning we woke up to find a hill of bluebonnets at our door complete with a family of deer and ducks all at our front...

Our cabin included a deck with hot tub and table with chairs. The setting was charming with geese and a guinea hen. We enjoyed our neighbors, most of whom were camping nearby. "Well, hmmm, the concept was great but the attention to detail was extremely lacking….it certainly would be a tight sleeping arrangement/ squeeze for 4 adults, there were 3 of us. And for starters: Couch was filthy, ladder to the loft …we are in our 60s and was sketchy for our age group AND, Im a pretty adventurous soul and grandma, would NoT want my Grands attempting that ladder to the loft…shower curtain mildewed, coffee pot wasn't working properly… rain came thru the bottom of the door....

"This house is on a large ranch, and if you are looking to get away from the city, this place fits the bill. Lots of deer and cows and wide open space. No WiFi, but AT&T cell service was good enough to stream video. Master plus two other sleep rooms, we split between the boys and the girls. Front porch is good area to watch the deer. House is well equipped with all the "stuff" you need to cook. There is an HEB in town, with lots of outdoor activities including Colorado Bend and Inks Lake State...

"I don't like to speak ill of anyone, but IF you don't have high expectations of where you lay your head at night and want to find a new friend, you have found the perfect spot.
