The room type you booked was a 2 Queen with No View - while the interior of the room is the same as our 2 Queen Courtyard View rooms, these are our most affordable rooms due to the fact that they face towards the lot instead of the courtyard. Unfortunately, we were fully sold out for Saturday and would have had no option to move you to a different room type. I am pleased to see that my team apologized for the disappointment you experienced and will continue to coach them on ensuring they provide details as to why we are unable to do more for our guest's during these situations. I hope the remainder of your travels went well, and that you will consider giving us a 2nd chance should your travels bring you through Kelowna again.

One of them is (King Tower Jet Tub Suite), all of these suites have Fireplace and Jacuzzi, the other is (King Tower Suites) that comes with Separate Living Area and Sofa Bed, just two of the King tower suites have Fireplace in them. Your booking was made for King Tower suite and there were no special requests asking for Fireplace. We have missed your request this time.
