vi valgte hotellet på baggrund af swimmingpole og blev mødt af en poole som var lukket. ugen før var vi antalya som havde den åbent. sure børn samt kone og nul badning. vand på værelset fik vi ikke i 3 dage trods klager ved lobbyen. ellers meget smukt rent hotel i en by med masser af seværdigheder

Very nice stay close to Kayseri airport. Staff was friendly and quick to check us in. Room was good for our family of 5. However. AC was only available in the main room and not in the inside bedroom. AC was pretty weak even at the highest setting I don’t think it will be sufficient for summer stay.

Not coming back -- which is a pity
A sad experience to be back after half a year and to see how much the place has been run down in the intervening months. It is one of those hotels where clearly a lot of funds were put in initially only to be neglected afterwards. The place is kept very clean, which is good, but the faucets are wobbly and loose, the toilet roll holder is about to drop out of its screwholes, only a selection of lightbulbs seem to function, rain enters in through doors and skylights, and so on, and so forth. But really, all of this is forgivable and forgettable. The real news is that the restaurant no longer serves beer and wine. The top floor used to be a lively and welcoming place after a long day of work. It's now silent as the grave. For me this is a dealbreaker: I want to have a beer or a glass of wine with my food. Nothing excessive, of course. But whether it is a result of encroaching fundamentalism or just the same disengagement as the neglect of the rooms, it is not acceptable to drink tepid water or fruit juice with my steak or Turkish hors d'oeuvres. I will have to find another place when staying in Kayseri. Which is a pity.

Öncelikle bizi misafir ettikleri için teşekkür ederiz. İstanbul rotasında bayram trafiğine yakalanmamayı arzu ettiğimiz için otelin keyfini çok çıkaramasak da çok iyi dinlendik. Hem gece hem sabah vardiyasında, resepsiyonda görevli arkadaşlar güleryüzleriyle çok yardımcı oldular. İlla kusur bulmamız gerekiyorsa 20 senelik otel teknik yöneticisi olarak söyleyebileceğim, kettle için priz yoktu ve bir de doğramalar tavana çok yakın açıldığı için tül perdelerinize takılıyor. 😊 Nefis Erciyes dağı manzarası için perdeleri defalarca açtık. Tekrar kalmayı muhakkak düşünürüm ve Kayseri’de otel arayanlara tavsiye ederim. Teşekkürler,

Schönes Zimmer -wurde gewechselt, da kein WiFi und Duschhalterung defekt. Fitnessraum wurde auf Nachfrage zugänglich gemacht, bot aber keine Möglichkeit für Krafttraining, Sauna wird nicht heißer als 60 Grad, Hammam war nur 1x warm, danach nicht mehr, Schwimmbadzugang gab es auch nur die ersten Tage. Einige Mitarbeiter freundlich und bemüht, andere das Gegenteil. Schöne Auswahl zum Frühstück.
