"We had an ocean view, next to the little river or inlet. Lovely on the balcony! The unit clearly is a bit dated. While clean, it had carpet stains and tears, but all the fixtures worked well and the overall experience was just superb. We would go back."

"LOCATION and overall size of this condo made it a perfect spot for our family anniversary celebration. Having the pool close by and the beach within walking distance was just what we wanted. "We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed every minute. It was wonderful to come back from a day of sightseeing to such a calm and beautiful home. The patio was one of our favorite spots. Lovely to sit there in the evening and enjoy the sunset or in the morning with a cup of coffee and look at the ocean in the distance. Very clean and stocked with all the essential for a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Kauai."

"Propert was nice, pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Location was very good because it was equal distance to north side and south side of the island. Very close to the airport. If we had one complaint our bed was not very comfortable as we both have bad backs."

"Great villa for a small family. Easy walk to the 1 Hotel for dinner/drinks. Villa has everything you need…beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. Only negative is the roosters in the morning (villa cant control)!!! Thanks"

"The property was as good as advertised with the view of the ocean being the most spectacular feature. There were three items that detracted from our stay. The AC needs updating. The bedrooms upstairs were too warm during the day and the first half of the night. The TV in the primary bedroom is very frustrating to use. "We’ve stayed at this resort a few years ago. You can’t go wrong. Super close to Poipu beach, Kala, and a short drive from other amazing places. House was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I could recommend is more dishes. There were six of us and we used almost all of the plates for each meal."

"Worn and dirty The room was worn with a number of deficiencies, e.g. rust ran down the bathtub, the doors in the room had obvious large, black stains of dirt and there was old dust and dirt in the corners. The room had a small balcony, but the furniture was so dirty that it could not be used. The hotel hallway was not cleaned during the 6 days we stayed there. The area around the hotel was messy and there was litter in several places. The best thing about the hotel was a grassy area down to the Pacific Ocean, here were chairs and the area was tidy."
