Dear Donald, we are truly sorry for the inconvenienced this have caused during your stay. This is so unfortunate and no one could have predicted that this would have happened and from our review, security could not have stopped your car from leaving unless he jumped in front of it but would not have secured your vehicle that way. Once again, we regret this incident occurred at the hotel. Please note for future we have a shuttle that runs in the evenings to the mall on a complimentary basis and during the day the shuttle runs at a nominal fee.
