It is rarely I receive such a welcome, as this stay. And I’m visiting 4-6 hotels a month.
Service is actually service! The room was great, the restaurant tree steps over!

Staff showed no interest in a VIP room upgrade even though they told me rooms were available. They said that I could purchase a room upgrade. Expedia needs to remove this and other hotels from the VIP listing if they do not offer the service. Nice hotel though. Staff pleasant.

The VIP option was not available. Actually i have been using the Expedia for years but i can tell the last 20 times it's always UNAVAILABLE. So i think it's such a waste to give people some unreal options.

The hotel is exceptional, truly a 5*************
The staff are polite and friendly.
The decor and size of the hotel is oustanding
The ròoms are clean daily, I saw staff around every morning maintaining the cleaniness and upkeep of the hotel and the grounds.
The garden is huge, the gym, sauna and swimming pool are giod sizes and must do as part of the stay.
I really cannot find anything negative to say about the hotel or the staff I loved every minute of my stay in the hotel. It is by far the best in the neighbourhood and I highly recommend it.

The hotel staff are very welcoming and professional. The room was extremely clean and tidy and the bed was great. The facilities are very good, a big gym plus an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. We will stay here again when visiting Izmir.

Tipp: entlang des Meeres beim Spazieren gehen aufpassen (Handtasche etc.) ich weiß nicht, ob es versehentlich war oder geplant, aber ich wurde von einem Jugendlichen beim vorbeirennen verdächtigt angerempelt. Im Hotel ist es aber sehr sehr sicher, sehr schön, sehr sauber, ausgezeichnete Restaurant, wunderbares Zimmer und vornehmes Personal!

Lovely hotel, staff are attentive, rooms are fantastic, breakfast choices are some of the best around: lovely gardens and out door pool. Nice indoor spa facilities although the hot tub isn’t very good. But come rooms have jacuzzi baths. Would definitely book a Swissotel again
