Flot, rent, centralt rummelig hotel.
Venligt personale, meget behjælpelige, dejlig rent, hygiejnisk - tager corona seriøst. Meget central beliggenhed tæt på Taksim samt busser til de 2 store lufthavne (2 min. med kufferter). Overraskede os med kage på min fødselsdag - uventet og flot gestus!!!

Skønt velbeliggende hotel i centrum af Istanbul
Virkelig godt hotel, beliggende 50 meter fra busholdeplads fra Lufthavnen (denne transport meget nem og virkelig billig og kan virkelig anbefales). Værelset dejligt, rent og indbydende. Hotellet ligger kort til Metro og hovedstrøg, hvilket også er et stort plus. Wellness området var dog hæmmet af reparation af swimmingpool (der manglede op / nedgangstrappe til pool, som gjorde det svært at komme op. Morgenmad meget crowded og det var svært at finde bord. Alt i alt et dejligt hotel som kan anbefales

Det var et udemærket hotel, med en rigtig fin beliggenhed. Rengøringen var almindelig "Hotel Standard", men jeg havde fået et rygerværelse :-( Jeg ankom meget sent pga. flyforsinkelser, så jeg orkede ikke at klage/flytte, men det er ikke i orden - husk at gøre opmærksom på ønske om ikke ryger i receptionen...

The perfect place for a weekend get-away. Major construction site very close by made some noise at night, but not enough to ruin the experience.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Very good location. Room was very clean. Its in the heart of Taksim but, it is good distance away from the noise so you would get a good sleep in a quite room. Would definitely stay there again.

Management could be more friendly and helpful. Every time we went out or came back they was no hello or hi. If we needed map to know what was around they gave us a map and that was it. They wont let us know what was around. The street people were more helpful than the hotel staff.

The WiFi network is awful, they hit you with when you check in for 1,500 TL for a deposit against damage to your room etc, the room telephone wasn’t working properly either. Not a four star hotel, three maybe.

The staff were really helpful. We arrived around 6am and our check in was for the following day. We were allowed to check in early for a fee of 20 euros. We needed an extra bed and they hlgave that to us the next day. Cleaners came everyday to refresh towels and were so nice.
