Hotellets lobby var meget overfyldt og støjende, poolvandet var koldt, røntgeninspektionen var ikke særlig behagelig, og hotellets morgenmad var meget kortere og mindre varieret end i de foregående år.

Expensive hotel and bad location
Very expensive hotel without value. Very bad location. The parking should be included but I have to pay for it when I checked out. The electricity is shutting down every day suddenly.

Excpected a lot more from Hilton.
While the facilities were top notch, the overall service was not. A lack of cooperation between different departments, reception and bell department should be better at working together. Somewhat unwelcoming staff the entrance, felt more like an airport than a five star hotel. However credit to the young bellman who brought up my luggage, and indeed the elderly gentleman at the door. The room was nice, great views and comfortable bed - with the exception that an old condom container was next to my bed! Bathrobes seemed old and had holes in them. Breakfast was very nice, and all members of staff were lovely and accommodating. I have stayed in a lot of great hotels, this was indeed disappointing.

The staff were very welcoming and had great customer service. Unfortunately, there were no sun beds, which meant I could only sit in the terrace area to catch some sun. Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay.

we pay lots of money for this hotel and they are still charging parking fee from guests. when we checking out at hotel, i spoke with the receptionist guy about it. they can not handle it and management can not find a solutions for that. you are really crazy and big robber.

enjoyed our stay, highly recommend to those who use cars. Area around hotel is under construction and there is a long walk to the underground station.
