The location was very good. The refurbishment of the hotel was not finished yet. The hotel only had two small elevators of which one was only available for the guests. Waiting time could be quite long. On two occasions the warm and cold water supply was not good. One time there was no warm water and the last evening extremely hot water came out of the tap and the shower. And no cold water at all. The staff around the swimming pool was very friendly as well as the staff at the reception. The parking facilities are not sufficient. Valet parking was offered but for a price of 20 euros per day I feel is a bit steep.

Terrible sewer stench in the room. Apparently long standing as the desk clerk had heard my story numerous times in the past. Complaints received but no action taken, not even an apology!!!

We had a lovely stay at Hyde…we moved here last minute after having a terrible experience at another hotel and Hyde was the perfect hotel to move too! The rooms were modern and clean, comfy beds, quiet and lovely pool area. Would recommend!!

Amazing
Amazing stay. The pool at the hotel is literally everything and the beach next to it is as well. We loved it. One con is the walls in the rooms are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing

Great location to explore the island Nice hotel with great facilities (like pool, gym) and good to be able to use facilities from both hotels (Hyde Mondrian) Great bed and shower Option for valet parking - More space for clothes / closet space - When we asked for a dental kit and towels we had to remind the staff what we requested - Cocktails at the pool can definitely be improved. Not good value for money.

Such a spectacular hotel with a young, fresh and cool vibe. Absolutely loved my stay here and definitely would be coming back! All of the staff were absolutely incredible and warming from the moment I stepped foot into the building till my checkout day. 10000/10!

The property has only been open for a couple of weeks but is beautiful and perfectly located. Three great pools with sea and Mountain Views and lots of hikes, trails and beach surrounding it. All staff were lovely and very accommodating.
