"This might have been the nicest hotel I ever stayed in. The room is exceptional. Every detail. Even the hairdryer was amazing. Front desk woman was the most accommodating and sweet person. The nightlife is lively and we found it a bit hard to get to sleep one night (wedding at another venue so nothing to do but be patient). Thermostat went to 20 degrees, would have loved just a bit colder for sleep. But if these are the only wrong things, I’ll happily come back and experience them all again! "

"This is a true 5 star hotel. Everything looks spotless and there is a lot of staff ready to help and serve you. Try to avoid rooms on the third floor, as these have no windows except for a skylight. For some reason they put me in there, maybe there is something in my profile that says I want a crappy room. Wifi and airco were good, everything worked. Pool is amazing. Breakfast is not as elaborate as in other 5 star hotels but sufficient. It is a long walk from the ferry station so if you have...

"Location was great! It was clean and the host who met us was friendly. We were somewhat confused when asked to pay a visitors’ tax of 50 kuna which we questioned and asked for a receipt then we were given back 25 kuna back."

"What a pleasant surprise. From check in to departure we had an experience of being "part of the J&B family". We purchased breakfast and had all in a perfect stay in the Island of Hvar. We had the pleasure of a sea view apartment and that is a beautiful sight. The pool was great as an addition to the bathing in the salty water on the Adriatic sea. I can only give my best recommendation. Do not hesitate. "

"This property is beautiful and appears to be either new or newly renovated. Bed and bedding are amazing. Great cocktails outside on the terrace. Staff is friendly. What is missing here the wait staff in the the 3 days we spent here are running all over and don't know which guests have been serviced inside or out. A chaotic mess and no follow up. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice sized room that was very clean. It is located a few minutes walk up a pretty steep hill but they do offer to pick you up down by the bus station in Hvar. The location is near some pretty great views of Hvar! The surroundings were very quiet. "
