Worst service ever experienced in Egypt!
We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and requested rooms side by side directly to the hotel. We had rooms on separate floors although. The air condition in one room did NOT work and we asked the reception to have it fixed as the temperature was 30-31 C degrees in the room when we arrived late night around 00.30 pm. We asked 4 times and nobody was able to fix it - we also asked for a new room.... nothing happened and the temperature was never under 30 degrees in the room. Nobody seemed to care and nobody took responsibility for taking care of the problem. As we had to leave for the airport 01.30 next night we wanted to rest a bit in the night, that was impossible because of very lound entertainment from the pool terrace until after 23.00.

Hotellet er meget gammelt og billedernes snyder, idet hotellet er noget mindre end det fremgår af billederne. Dog er personalet utrolig venlige, maden er lækker og standen er god. Vi havde en dejlig ferie men vil dog ikke give hotellet mere end 4*

Skøn beliggenhed ;)
Værelserne er meget små med en meget lille tresse. Hotellet er efterhånden noget slidt. Efter min "smag" er det ikke et 5* hotel. Max 3*. Men et godt sted og være.;) Vi tager det gerne igen. Meget venlig personale, en klar fordel at der ingen børn er og så syntes vi beliggenheden er skøn, tæt på strand og by.

Hotellet var godt og havde en god strand med mulighed for snorkling. Ok mad og drikke (dog ikke vin). Ligger i gå afstand til Marina og by.

1 at one end is VERY loud music all day until 24:00 pm 2. in the other end there is loud music until at 2 am from a disketek 3. We had ordered the transfer to the airport when we arrived that did not come and pick us up 4. when we were going home tricked the hotel transfer service man's money from us 7 5. My girlfriend had stomach trouble throughout the trip 6. The staff was arrogant 7 when we complained about the transfer cheating by email when we got home, we got a dirty answers and suggestions that we lied, 8. When you went outside the hotel to look at the shops were almost "attacked" and several shop owners were uncomfortable when we said we would not see their shop We need 100% sure never to Egypt again and can only warn much against this hotel 1. i den ene ende er der MEGET høj musik hele dagen frem til kl 24.00 2. i den anden ender er der høj musik frem til kl 2 om natten fra et disketek 3. Vi havde bestilt transfer som fra lufthavnen da vi ankom som ikke kom og hente os 4. da vi skulle hjem snød hotellets transfer service mand os for penge fra os 7 5. Min kæreste havde dårlig mave på hele turen 6. Personalet var arrogante 7 da vi klaget over transfer snyd pr mail da vi kom hjem, fik vi et beskidt svar og antydninger om at vi løj, 8. når man gik uden for hotellet for at kigge på butikker blev man næsten "overfaldet" og flere butiks ejere blev ubehagelige når vi sagde vi ikke ville se deres butik

Great location, great food, amazing staff but a little dated in places. We had a strange smell coming from the AC and the room was a bit tired looking. The furniture was all dented, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeper was brilliant and even made a towel birthday cake for my mum. If I ever find myself in Hurghada again, I will return. Thanks

Una settimana coccolati da tutto lo staff. Posto bellissimo vicino al centro, comodo anche per andare a piedi. Location direttamente sulla sua spiaggia Camere pulite e con vista parziale del mare, per nostra scelta. Animazione con ragazzi simpatici e bravi Cibo più che ottimo.

A superb time was had within the complex of the hotel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and obliging. The food was excellent and the atmosphere very warm and friendly. The experiences we had 'outside' of the hotel were another matter. It was exasperating feeling like human carrion wherever we went. Next time we will just stay in the hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but felt it was not a 5* hotel. Quite tired for a "recently renovated" Premium room. Good variety and quantity of food in the main buffet restaurant. Quality was a mixed bag - there was always something good at every meal though. The room was good apart from stinking drains in the bathroom. Easily solved by blocking them with the flannels provided but reporting the problem to the hotel had no effect so we suspect it's an expected problem with all Egyptian sewer systems. The blanket was stained and edge binding was ripped in one corner, resulting in a serious trip, torn muscle and continuing ankle pain and suffering - staff member from guest services it was reported to did not seem concerned or apologetic enough or likely to remedy it for others. The "app" was awful. Very slow and inefficient. Restaurant bookings made through it never reached the restaurants. Wifi started off slow and got slower after an "upgrade" but there was at least a signal in most places. We are lucky to have survived the driving supplied by Ali at the taxi desk on our overnight trip to Luxor. The driver was clearly overworked and tired, as well as driving dangerously fast and aggressively. Allowing Ali to operate from the hotel reflects badly on the hotel and our experience of it. We expected his company would have been checked and approved by the hotel. Einegar and Tarak at the Splash bar were friendly and helpful. Most other staff were good but sometimes too eager.

Un desastre el transporte por taxi al aeropuerto proporcionado por el propio hotel. Nos obligaron a pagar en dólares y en cash, totalmente ilegal no poder pagar con al moneda local, pero la cosa no acabó aquí sino que el taxi que nos tenía que llevar a las 4 de la mañana al aeropuerto y que estaba pagado no vino a la hora y apareció 30m tarde después de amenazar de llamar a la policía y el hotel no nos daba ninguna solución.el hotel dice que es un taxi externo pero está contratado en el hotel y ellos mismos son quien los envían. Fatal para no repetir nunca más También decir que las habitaciones de categoría superior tienen el ruido constante de un compresor que no para no de día ni de noche. Nosotros que éramos 3 viajando no volveremos nunca más.

Das Animationsteam war sehr aktiv, jedoch die Musik war grundsätzlich zu laut. Viele Gäste hielten sich nicht an das Gebot die Liegen nicht zu besetzen und niemand unternahm etwas dagegen. Im Restaurant gab es im Aussenbereich keine rauchfreie(n) Zonen(n).

To be honest. They never said that they would have a party that was so loud is shook the windows and make it impossible to think let alone asleep. I could see in the build up it was going to be bad so I asked three times to be able to move rooms. They didn't understand or let me three times. And so it was terrible. Don't get me wrong I understand a lot of people came for the party but I didn't. Nor was I warned about it. And really I should have been and been moved. So I got very little sleep which was the main reason I went on holiday. So very annoyed by it all. The only person that came back to me did so on the last day and asked if there was anything she could do. Lol. I was leaving in 4 hours time. And the damage had already been done. Never going back.

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas älter, aber es ist sehr gut instand gehalten. Ständig wird irgendwo etwas unauffällig in Ordnung gebracht. Das Hotel ist supersauber und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich wirklich als Gast des Hauses. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen und wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Le personnel est d une réactivité incroyable. Aimable et à l écoute. Les chambres sont propres et le linge de toilette impeccables. La nourriture est extrêmement variée. Thèmes différents et pour tous les goûts. Le jour de notre départ, nous avons rendu notre chambre pour midi et on nous a prêté gracieusement des serviettes de plage. Sans supplément nous avons mangé le midi et une chambre avec douche pour se rincer avant le départ. Le centre de plongée qui fait parti de l hôtel est aussi au top. Mon amie y a passé son Advanced Padi. Pour être une niveau 3 Fédération Française, je peux dire que la formation était de très bonne qualité. Nous reviendrons

Everything about the hotel was great. The check in was a wonderful experience. Mostafa from the reception was very welcoming and helpful. The food is great. The beach view is amazing. Strongly recommended
