Godt ophold og dejligt hotel
Ganske fint hotel med gode faciliteter og fine valgmuligheder med adskillige resturanter m.v. Vi anvendte hotellet i forbindelse med dykning i rødehavet og havde brug for et godt sted at sove/spise m.v. før/efter en uge på liveabord - anvendte således ikke de mange underholdningsaktiviteter.

Super fedt hotel
Ualmindelig dårlig receptionsservice, langsom, sur, ikke servicemindet, man føler sig virkelig til besvær 😱- lige modsat den øvrige stab som er vildt søde, sjove, service, glade mm.😊 Super mange ting af tage sig til på det kæmpe areal hotellet ligger på 👍

Great property, which offfers intimacy and great space to relax and unwind. The staff is phenomenal - they are very attentive to your needs, but not intrusive to your personal space. There are a number of activities daily, and numerous places to relax.
I am definitely returning again. The food is delicious!

La struttura è molto bella. Le camere standard potrebbero essere rinnovate ma probabilmente è anche per questo che riesce a mantenere un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
I ristoranti ottimi, chiaramente abbiamo cercato di evitare certe cose per evitare fastidi, frutta tagliata, verdura fresca etc.
L'acqua viene servita in bottiglietta ed è molto utile. I ristoranti sono tutti di livello e il personale è sempre super gentile. Pulizia media ma per gli standard del paese direi bene.

I enjoyed every single inch of the property including the calmness, peace, and the hospitality. I cant find one thing i did not like about my stay at the hotel. In addition, i appreciated that it was safe to walk to the pharmacy located outside of the hotel. Thank ypu for such an amazing experience!

Bohemian stay for 18+ where you can chill or party
I had an amazing relaxing stay but I could’ve joined in activities and enjoyed evening entertainment and a night club however I needed a rest.
This hotel covers all needs and the food in the main restaurant was gorgeous, I ended up cancelling most of my bookings in the speciality restaurants as I was more than happy with the food served in the main restaurant.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Great boat trip, snorkelling, visit to orange bay.
Sports facilities including a grass football pitch.
5 beaches to choose from all with a different vibe from quiet to party time
Many swimming pools again catering for those of us that wanted to read to those who wanted to party day and night.
Would really suit a family with kids 18+ as teens can have fun whilst parents chillax

Good winter sun
We really enjoyed our stay at meraki- its a good choice for some winter sun. Our room was furnished nicely and was cleaned daily. The hotel facilities are great - lots to do! Despite them being unpopular because its an adults only resort, the water slides are great fun and definitely worth doing! The food was absolutely incredible- particularly the greek restaurant. Even the buffet was spot on.
A few things could easily be improved. We found some of the staff a little overbearing/ over friendly- invading our space. For example, when sitting by the pool one day we were asked to review the hotel but the employee watched as this was done then took a photo of what we had written before we submitted the review. This made us feel uneasy. We witnessed this happening to others too. How the staff interact with guests would be the main thing the hotel needs to improve.
Some of the staff were excellent. Abdo (greek restaurant) and Zayed (sports bar) were particularly lovely and had a good balance of friendly, fun and professional.
There was also some noise- from building works and from the entertainment. But this was understandable so cant complain!
Overall a nice trip.

We found everything perfect, food was varied, the room was a little aged but perfectly clean, the staff and service were excellent. Couldn't have asked for more. We didn't venture outside the resort as that was not our purpose this time

Als Adult Hotel zwar keine Kinder am Buffet und Strand dafür aber jeden Abend so laute Musik und Bässe das die Terrassentüren klappern und immer bis mindestens 1 Uhr Nachts.
Mittags am Ruhe Strand auf einmal eine Party mit lauter Musik das man die Liegen verlassen musste und das nicht nur einmal . Bei der Buchung extra auf ruhige Zimmer hingewiesen und nichts passiert . Beim Check In nur Chaos und alles falsch gemacht das man noch weitere dreimal hin musste .
Essen war soweit echt gut am Buffet .

Alles perfekt,alles sauber essen gut.Bis wir beim Check out eine Summe bezahlen mussten von der nie besprochen wurde. Schade dass manch einer Versucht dort die Gäste anlügen und betrügen zu müssen.

Hi there, i stayed at Meraki Resort on 19th November 2023. Stayed at room 2101,we originally booked a kingsize bed room but they gave us two single bed which ruined my anniversary, but they did give us a kingsize room 4101 the next day next to a very noisy room. The internet keeps turning off every 2min we had to call the reception for wifi password and the food was extremely poor lack of food option and the food gave my partner diarrhoea which i had to go pharmacy and get medication.
If your planning to stay in Hurghada stay at Mercure hotel its better atmosphere, nice environment, good entertainment and food is amazing. Meraki resort is very poor and its not a 5 star hotel. I would say its a 3 star and thats me being kind.
Stay away from Meraki resort, they dont allow you to bring food from outside and their food will give you food poisoning.
Goodluck to those staying at Meraki.

Stayed at the Meraki for one night, was unable to eat in any of the restaurants (half were closed) and their system requires you to make a reservation with your room number but on arrival and on your last day you not registered in the system and therefore can’t make any reservations. The staff were utterly useless and provided zero information on check in about how the hotel works, and zero help when trying to make a reservation as they would simply blame the system and say there was nothing they could do, Hotel plays loud music until 1am in the morning which can be heard in the rooms and the service from the bars is very limited they have no attentive servers. I would never stay here again and I would recommend it to nobody there are many resorts in Hurghada and you shouldn’t have to suffer through this one.
