Séjour entre amis parfait à l'Iberotel Casa Del Mar!!! de l'accueil en passant par le service aux clients et l'animation, tout y était parfait ! Nous reviendrons !!! Dommage cependant que l'équipe d'animation Marmara qui vient de s'installer dans cet hôtel n'était pas au point cette semaine sur le lancement de la période été 2024. On voulait remercier Ahmed de la réception qui nous a grandement aidé lors de notre premier jour d'installation en faisant preuve de grande réactivité et nous a changé rapidement de chambre suite au bruit que nous avons subis qui venait d'une rue avoisinante!!! Il nous a permis également de pouvoir garder notre chambre le dernier jour, ce qui nous a permis de ne pas être stressé pour notre départ!! Merci également aux serveurs Mina, Elsayed et Abdou pour leur gentillesse et toujours aux petits soins pour leurs clients, ainsi qu'à notre homme de ménage qui réalise un travail parfait pour ses hôtes!!! Nous reviendrons!!!

The room was adequate. Some of the fixtures were old and needed replacing. The staff and food choices were wonderful. The reserved beach was very small. The area surrounding was very trashy, but the hotel was clean.

Très bel hôtel, piscine magnifique bien qu’elle ne soit malheureusement pas chauffée, le personnel est au top très attentionné et au petits soins. Le buffet que ça soit petit déjeuner, déjeuner ou diner est très varié et change d’un repas a l’autre. Un hôtel que je recommanderai sans soucis a mes proches !

Nice and comfortable stay. Great staff, very polite and helpful. Close to the beach, and relaxing with all inclusive. Close to the airport, easy uber-drive to the Hotel.

Jaz Casa Del Mar Resort is related to Jazz Group, one of the biggst group works in tourisim, I was shocked in the hotel because most of the workers in the bars, whether by the sea or in the lobby, treat Egyptians in a bad way , I don't know why but really it was a bad experiance i will never go there again if you are not egyptian you have nothing to worry

Staff a credit to the company. Property well maintained always being cleaned and tidied. Rooms a bit dated but lovely daily clean towels, toiletries replenished with fresh bottled water every day. Plenty of choice of food at breakfast and dinner, a bit repetitive at lunch time, always a fresh cooked section open all meal times. Right next to the airport quite a way from Hurgharda main area but some shops local. Lovely promenade outside for an evening stroll. Over the road the sister hotel where you can use the beach and trips available.

Property was ok, a little dated, and AC in my room did not work. Only stayed for 1 night so didn't bother to have room changed. Very bad check in experience, booked 2 rooms for 3 people and was charged for 3rd person to stay. Apparently only 1 person per room and everyone else at additional cost. Be careful booking here if you don't like being nickel and dimed.

The hotel is clean, the staff are very friendly and genuinely kind, pool was good and the Red Sea beach is great. Just one restaurant with good food as per my taste. No other amenities and the entertainment was poor; we went in October though. The biggest issue for us was people smoking everywhere in the hotel, in the restaurant during breakfast, lunch and dinner, in the entertainment area, in the pool bar, and even vaping in the lobby. Smoking is allowed everywhere and this was extremely annoying to us. It was impossible to avoid the smoke all day long.

The front desk interview is good No welcome drink Room service is not good One Bottle of water for a room for two people and this is not acceptable The reservation was all inclusive no drinks Not found in the room not even on the bar Even ice cream that don’t have it most of the time I do not advise anyone to go there when your reservation is in the resort and you go to the Beach you will find The worst treatment from all the workers because you are second class for the hotel workers. Advice do not go to this resort I hope my comment helping you guys to decide

Perfect vacation
Rooms quiet comfortable bed and specious and quiet clean. Waters slides only 3 but ok for my child Pools very nice pools with relaxing sunbeds and pool bar to be served different kinds of drinks Beach, sandy beach but sunbeds need more space as all casa del mar resort guests are located in very tiny space while the rest of the beach sunbeds are empty Drinks, cocktail and beer and soft drink served all day and quiet chilled during that hot weather and cocktails are well prepared Food, breakfast is quiet pleasent especially being served fresh juice in the morning and variety is quiet big. Food at lunch and dinner not repeatative and quality is very good. Hotel premises is not very big which ia a positive thing for me and everything within short walking distance. As for reaort location is within the promenade where all shops are just by walking to it

Nice hotel
The hotel is excellent, all the stuff are friendly , Ms. Omar managed to upgrade our room from a family room to 2 double rooms with interconnecting door - although we didn't request - The food is good . The beach is 10 min walking.

Gorgeous stay foe couple
The hotel overall was very nice, staff are really kind, helpful and respectful specially (Ayman - the poll bar bartender and Mohamed Raouf the waiter in the dinning area. Animation team was good.

Good hotel
Clean rooms , small tv and small bathrooms, animation was not Jaz Hotel standard, food was not so good , especially breakfast always same food, had to cross a traffic road and walk around 300 Meters to reach the beach

Hotel motsvarade inte förväntningar, jag fick byta mitt rum två gånger pga rummet var inte ren, efter jag talade med en chef på Hotel, så fick jag ett nytt rum, det var inte hög standard mat buffé som man förväntar sig i Hurghada, inte många mat varianter. Personalen i allmänhet var hjälpsamma och super trevliga. Stranden låg på ca 5-10 m promenad, väldig enkel strand som behöver total renovering vad gäller stolar, parasoller m.m.

The best service. Superbe service of the staffs, especially top manager to care of the clients in detail. It was very impressive. I will be back again with my family. So beautiful is Hurghada and Red See.
