Very nice place. Food was excellent and variety was great. Very nice staff and many employees to help out with any need we had. Property is in great shape and one of the things we liked to was that the marina was in the same hotel so if was so convenient to take a day tour to do snorkeling and get back and be just a few steps away from your hotel. I would definitely recommend this property for everyone including families with kids, friends or couples.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub - wir hatten uns bei einem Ägypten-Urlaub auf ‚weniger‘ eingestellt. Sowohl das getauschte Zimmer, als auch das Essen waren solide. Service durchs Personal war meist nur durch Tipp zufriedenstellend. Um das Hotel wir viel gebaut: Lärm hält sich in grenzen, Sicht ist leider auf eine Baustellen.

Struttura accessibile anche con carrozzina, sia nelle camere che nelle aree comuni. Giardini curatissimi, piscine pulite, personale sorridente e gentile. Grande scelta di pietanze al ristorante, qualità sufficiente/buona (purtroppo hanno l'abitudine di aggiungere cumino nella maggior parte dei piatti), ottimi dolci. Una nota negativa dell'all inclusive è l'orario inizio pranzo alle 13, con un vuoto di più di due ore dalla fine della colazione. Porticciolo da cui partono gite bellissime. Purtroppo è però impossibile fare snorkeling in modo autonomo dall'hotel. Docce non caldissime in camera.

The staff in the dining room were great, very attentive and professional, nothing was too much trouble for them. Housekeeping was also great, my room was always beautifully cleaned and the water and coffe/tea stocked up. The food choices in the dining room were boring and repetitive. The bread was always dry and the hot dishes were luke warm. One of the pools was closed for renovation but my room was far enough away so wasn’t disturbed however there was construction work on a building opposite my balcony (don’t know if it’s part of the hotel) which was loud all day, that was quite irritating. The staff at the beach were always happy to set up my beach lounger and made sure I had everything I needed for the day. Don’t know how old the hotel is but it looks and feels tired. The staff really made my stay a good one.

Property is good, clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Check in was one of the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. It took almost an hour for no particular reason. It wasn't even that busy. They just don't seem to know how to work efficiently. Check out was slightly better. Similarly, food service in the main bar off the lobby is brutally slow. Ate lunch there twice and took 1 hour for 2 salads and a burger. We also ate at Lophelia and the Turkish restaurant. Service was better but chaotic. 5 people can barely handle 10 tables. Someone from Hilton needs to fly in to show them how to run things efficiently.

Fabuloso.
Fabuloso. Ok, não chega a ter o mesmo nível de outros Hilton, mas foi sensacional. Equipe toda muito simpática e atenciosa. Limpeza perfeita. Única crítica quanto a comida. Pensando no "turismo europeu", as opções de preparo das carnes precisavam ser adaptadas. Provável ser ótima para a região, mas para nós foi um tanto quanto complicado.

Les points positifs de l'hôtel Gentillesse et serviabilité du personnel Propreté de l'établissement Le buffet et copieux varié et bon La plage est superbe Et il y a beaucoup d animations et d'activités à faire Point négatif Chambre vieillot pas exceptionnel ne vous fiez pas au photos Salle de sport très petite et très peu équipé donne même pas envie de faire du sport Cocktail pas bon La connexion wifi n'est vraiment pas bonne Concernant les restos payant en plus de la formule all-in nous avons testé un seul le resto le Turk qui avait pas mal de bon avis nous avons été très déçu Plat servi en même pas 5 minutes froid et la viande de ma compagne n'était pas correctement cuite ( le poulet était cru à l'intérieur ) Sinon hôtel à recommander pour son service au top son très bon buffet les activités à faire et surtout pour sa très belle plage et sa partie extérieure

Pour un 5 étoile nous nous attendions à un meilleur service. Il faut redemander les choses plusieurs fois pour avoir un retour. Pour le reste très bon petit déjeuner piscine et plage très bien. L’hôtel est agréable en famille En revanche je n’ai trouvé aucun employé qui parle français contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur hôtel.com

The hotel itself is relatively ok with nice swimming pools, beach front and decent breakfast. However, the rooms are somewhat outdated. The decorating needs improvement, as well as the bathrooms. For example, the shower door leaked, so the whole floor was flooded every time we had a shower. Next, upon my arrival, the toilet was not perfectly cleaned, so I asked for someone to intervene, but no-one showed up! Unacceptable ! Furthermore, if you ask for towels through their QR code application, no-one will serve you. So, what's the use? In my opinion, even the staff at the reception do not deliver service, they just take the clients' payments, and that's it! This particular Hilton doesn't live up to its name!
