First, the room smelled like cats which could be because there were three cat carriers in the closet. Second, the electrical outlets seemed improperly installed and did not easily work with the various chargers we needed to charge. "Stayed with family (adults + babies + dog) for 4 nights and had a great time. The house is very large with lots of room to spread out. The living room area is super comfortable. Location is quiet and a 30 min drive from some bigger/busier towns like Woodstock. There are endless books!! Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back for future getaways."

"We had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed and we very much enjoyed the outside area, the fire pit, outdoor dinning area, pergola etc. The bedding was very comfortable and the central air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of the birds. Only slight cons were the bbq and outside area needed some cleaning (possibly we were the first guests of the summer) and some areas of the kitchen could do with a deeper clean, but the bathrooms and bedrooms and living...

"A group of six stayed here and had a wonderful time! The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. Super updated rental with plenty of bathrooms and beds for all. The kitchen and TV room were so open and perfect for hosting a group. Wish we had better weather to use the hot tub, but the back deck was lovely and a great space to enjoy. "We had an amazing 3 night stay at the South Plank Farm House. The home was fully updated and the kitchen was well stocked! We made use of the fire pit, played football and soccer on the grounds and ventured across the street to use the tree swing.
