"The ocean views were awesome! However, the house was a little less than expected. We were so looking forward to the massage chair shown in the pictures but it was broken and not functional. The 2 bean bag chairs smelled horrendous. The downstairs furniture was very outdated and not clean. The upstairs was fairly nice. No TV in the upstairs. There was a sound system for music though that was nice. The kitchen table was small and was not in very good condition. Only had 1 stool for the counter....

"The property is in a nice location. It is very close to the beach for great views, and low tide tidal pool exploration. It is also in a convenient proximity to the Redwood forests. We were able to explore the forest as close as 20 minues away, and alo went further along the beautiful highway 101 south for hours of amazing Redwood exploration. "My favorite part was definitely the location where I could see sunset from dining table and walk across the street to the beach. Nice big garage to park vehicle too, as well as driveway parking. Nice little sitting area out front. Older home with darker bedrooms, but just sleeping there anyway. Too many great things to do outdoors! Didn’t cook much, but kitchen seemed well supplied."

"This home is perfect for a larger group as far as bedrooms, sitting areas and bathrooms. Although, the main living room needs a tv. It's located in a quiet neighborhood mirror the light houses, the cheese factoryand a quick drive to town. The backyard is large and beautiful. And since this is a pet friendly home, it was perfect for the dog. We even had a couple of deer come and visit. "I enjoyed my stay! I think the rooms could use a freshening up..touch up paint (lots of dings in the walls), updated curtains a d bed linens. "The house is immaculate! Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils. Neighborhood is very quiet and convenient for trips along the coast and to Jedediah State park. We had 3 adults and weren’t crowded. Larger families with kids might have a snug fit. House manager was easy to reach and responsive."

"This was the perfect beach house for us. Cozy, comfortable, all the amenities you would want and more. Great fenced yard for the dog to run. Games, puzzles, movies, music - comfortable beds and couches, a hot tub, a functional kitchen. Across the street from the beach, gorgeous views and a quick drive to amazing redwood forest trails. We loved it and hope to be back someday."

"This property was perfect. It was such a cute cottage with a wonderful back yard. My dogs are small so one of them did slip out of the yard. We made some adjustments & it didn't happen again. We never walked to the beach but it was a short drive. I would definitely stay here again. And I'm recommending this cottage to my friends!"

"We had a wonderful experience at this property. The house was clean and well kept. The fenced backyard was perfect for our small dog and 2-year-old. Plenty of space for us to relax and beach access was a few minutes walk away. The manager made sure we had everything we needed and I'm sure would have been quick to respond to any issues, though we had none during our 5 nights stay. Highly recommended!"
