Regarding to our superior room does not feature window, it is just like how we exactly describe on Expedia website and online booking sites with adequate pictures to illustrate the room category. On your arrival day, our Guest Service Manager did try the best to arrange 2 out of 3 rooms to rooms with partial view however since hotel was high occupancy we could not do better. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and I hope you understand hotel circumstance.
