Flot hotel med god beliggenhed
God hotel i den centrale del af byen. Utrolig venlig personale, som tog sig af os med et smil. De imødekom vores ønske om tidlig check in og var ellers der for os hele tiden. Morgenmaden var god og der er mange gide kafe steder ved hotellet. Alt i alt gode mener derfra

wonderful stay!
We had the best stay at The Bay. We ended up staying for 2 extra nights because of the great ambience and hospitality. The two owners, Sam and Karen are the some of the most kind-hearted and helpful people we’ve met. It’s close to the beach and great restaurants. Everything was perfect!

Expedia danske side oplyste ikke at der på det pågældende værelse ikke var nogle vinduer. Vi var 3 par som rejste sammen hvor det var muligt for to par at få et andet værelse med vinduer men de var ikke villige til at give os alle tre. Så vi tjekket ud efter ca. 45 min.

Regarding to our superior room does not feature window, it is just like how we exactly describe on Expedia website and online booking sites with adequate pictures to illustrate the room category. On your arrival day, our Guest Service Manager did try the best to arrange 2 out of 3 rooms to rooms with partial view however since hotel was high occupancy we could not do better. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and I hope you understand hotel circumstance. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. 昔からHMC宿泊で使用しています。安心できHOTEL。 今回初めて分かったんですが、トイレ便座にウイッシュレットが有った。今まで、手動ホースシャワー式の認識だったので使わなかった。日本式みたいに高機能では無いが、水シャワーで2種タイプ ホースシャワー式より抵抗感が無くなり使えるぜ!! 海外旅行者がとても多い。日本人はめったに合わない。

The property was good. The room sucked. No windows which was fine, but no light's available from the bed, which made knowing night from day difficult. Definitely not worth 100 dollars Canadian. Even with 100 dollar's, no breakfast included.

Toilet was blocked twice and maintenance had to come and repair. Hotel is dated and buffet breakfast was very average.

ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、挨拶もにこやかにしてくれるのでとても好印象です。朝ごはんのバリエーションも多く、日によって内容も変わるので、飽きなくて美味しくいただくことができました。 今回は、妻の誕生日ケーキの手配をホテル側にお願いしました。手配の快諾に加え、ケーキの種類なども提案していただき、とても感謝しております。 最後のチェックアウトの際には、支配人の方が挨拶に来てくれました(たまたまいらっしゃったようです)。そこでは、「飛行機の出発時間まで、まだ時間があるなら、レイトチェックインできるよ」とご提案もあり、とても良かったです。部屋のアップグレードやレイトチェックインなどのGold特典も状況によっては利用できるので、また宿泊したいです。 マネージャーのKenさんありがとう! Linda,Chip,Aiden,Jolie,Mia,Celun,Cris,Kash 素晴らしいスタッフの皆さんありがとう。
