Check in was an indifferent experience. There was no welcome and was not offered a restaurant or asked about anything in detail. Would have preferred a check-in machine.
Room spacious, but no information available and the minibar was spared. Nothing to do with 5*.
The front desk could not help with an I-phone charger and was also unable to help with opening hours of common shops nearby where one could be purchased.
Had to leave a day early. The only positive thing was that they asked me if it had anything to do with the hotel.
On departure I forgot a shirt, which the hotel then threw out or at least lost.
All in all, a terrible experience. There are many much better alternatives in Hamburg. Not recommended.
