Vi havde en hyggelig familieferie. Vi havde håbet at sengene var dobbelt senge som oplyst, men det var kun 3/4 senge. Vi fik til vores overraskelse også en dobbeltdyne :-( Pænt Hotel og god morgenmad ikke noget ekstra spændende.

Dejligt hotel, men handling mangler!
Dejligt hotel med perfekt placering. Venligt, men meget ungt - og dermed uerfarent - personale i receptionen. Godt værelse, men hos os desværre med et defekt blandingsbatteri i badeværelset, som aldrig blev repareret, trods flere henvendelser henover de 4 overnatninger vi havde på hotellet. Senere eller i morgen var svaret ved hver henvendelse. Ærgerligt! Meget fin morgenbuffet, god mad både i baren og i restauranten. Dygtige tjenere over det hele. God stemning i baren om aftenen. Parkeringsservicen var i top.

God beliggenhed
Skønt at være tilbage på Renaissance Hotel. Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til restauranter, barer og shopping. Hotellet er velholdt og smukt. Servicen var ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hvilket var godt men en stjerne mindre end de andre gange vi har været der. Der manglede smil i morgenmadsrestauranten men receptionen og baren var lige så god som de plejer. Vi kommer igen 😃

God beliggenhed. Hotel, værelser, morgenmad kunne absolut ikke leve op til det vi betalte for overnatningen. Boede på 7. Sal skulle med vare elevatoren fra 6 til 7. Etage - meget mærkeligt. Udsigt fra værelset ned til gården med skrald på korden. Kommer helt sikkert ikke igen.

Servicen i specielt baren var ikke god nok i forhold til prisen. Bar-område og morgenmads-område er for småt. I baren lukkes der også gæster ind, som ikke bor på hotellet, hvorfor det var svært at få plads som gæst. Det var en dårlig oplevelse. Generelt er hotellet fint.

Ikke som forventet
Selvom vi var 4 på værelset var der kun 2 af det hele - håndklæder, glas krus mv og ved sengene kun en lampe og så ventede vi lang tid i receptionen ved check-in. Fin rengøring og ok fitnessrum.
