Personalet i receptionen var ikke særligt nærværende og imødekommende. Rengøringspersonale rigtig søde og hjælpsomme. Er fint hotel, stort og lækkert værelse med fin beliggenhed. Ærgeligt at oplevelse i reception trækker ned.

Dejligt hotel med stort værelse og virkelig lækker morgenmad. Placering i st. Pauli tæt ved supermarkeder, små spisesteder og u-bahns. Også tæt ved to fine parker med legepladser. Kan varmt anbefales. Jeg rejste med to børn på 10 og 12 år.

For dyrt til hotel - niveauet.
Venlligt personale i reception, i baren og ved morgenmadsbuffeten. Hotellet er funktionelt, men ikke pænt. Det samme gælder værelset. Desværre er der sort mug i kanterne i brusebadet og afløbet tilstoppet, så man står og vader i sit eget badevand. Det er ikke så lækkert.

The hotel was very nice and clean with parking. The only minus I can say was that we booked a Room with double bed and we got 2 single beds that was put together. Otherwise bery nice and close to shops and café.

Dejligt ophold
Skønt ophold i forbindelse med julemarked i Hamburg. Skønt hotel med dejlig store værelser og skøn morgenmad. God beliggenhed og utroligt hjælpsomt personale. Hvis man er til fisk er FISCH ST Pauli et besøg værd lige rundt om hjørnet.
