Dear Mr Herbert,we are sorry that you had such a bad experience. The economy room type that you have booked is a budget room therefore it has a low price. The pool of the hotel which is located at the restaurant is a plunge mostly to enjoy the jacuzzi or relax and is open from 12:00 until 19:00, at that time the restaurant is open for light snacks as any pool bar. We only use environmental friendly products to clean the pool and the air in the area is properly renewed. The staff upon check in has to inform the guests about all the facilities of the hotel so the guests know what the hotel has to offer.

All three Eco rooms are without balcony or opening window but they all have the same standard and facilites like the Superior ones. Bathroom and toilet are separated by frosten flass from the rest of the room and it's shown clearly in the pictures as well for the fact of not existing a balcony. We understand that mattresses are medium firm as you describe and this is to satisfy most of guests. Some want it firm, like you do and some others they prefer it soft.
