Fin oplevelse, dog manglede det sidste.
Generelt rigtig dejligt ophold. Alt fra modtagelse, ventetid osv. gik godt. Værelset var rent og god variation i all inclusive inklusiv gode muligheder for ala carte i deres mange restauranter. Personalet var rigtig søde, og altid hjælpsomme. Eneste minus, var at vi havde booket værelse med privat pool. Poolen var dog beskidt og det lignede ikke den var blevet rengjort. Der var mange døde insekter i. Vi brugte ikke poolen en eneste gang. Og var forbi reception 1 gang og ringede 1 gang og bad om rengøring af poolen. Men det virkede ikke til de helt forstod det. Ærgeligt når man betaler ekstra for den, men ikke kan bruge den. Ellers et dejligt hotel.

Hyggelig hotel med glade og venlige personale.
Hyggelig hotel med glade og venlige personale. Hotellet havde 6 gode restauranter som gjord at vi havde fornøjelsen af varierende madoplevelser. Vi fik et værelse lidt langt væk fra hovedbygningen, som gjord at vi havde en dejlig ro. Dog var den del af hotellet lidt gamle og slidt. Resten af hotellet var fremragende.

Vores første værelse var fyldt med myre.!! Efter en kamp fik vi et nyt værelse dog noget mindre så pladsen var knap. Maden var kold og ikke særlig god. Ved ikke hvor de får deres 5 stjerner fra. Vores swimup var med saltvand. Det skal man lige være ops på. De swimup ved poolen er med klor. Servicen ved receptionen var meget svingende. Virket som en masse nye der lige var startet det er hvad det er men havnede meget svært ved at svarer på simple spørgsmål såsom internet. Jeg købte High speet og fik af vide jeg sagtens kunne bruge det på flere enheder men nej kun 1 enhed ! Tak for det.

However as you admit into your comments above when you informed them for your room issue the next day they reallocated you to a new room. Lastly we would like to inform you that 5 stars is terminology used in hospitality which certifies certain services and facilities which we have. Upon that it is the value for money that separates our 5 star services and offers to a ridiculously expensive hotel you might had in mind. The truth is that our will was and will always be to fully accommodate our guests requests. After all as you have clearly witnessed our property is a high end hotel, up to date and with every service available for your comfort and well-being.For us at the end everything that matters is our guests! Once again we do apologize if for some reasons you did not meet your personal expectations. Not a 5 star experience
Friendly staff, decent rooms, nice pool area, but it is clear they safe money on quality when it comes to food and training if their staff. To many mistakes and the quality of the food is simply not good enough. The young people, who entertained kids, did a very good job and even though I could come back, then it tells a lot that we went out for dinner 3 out of 7 nights during an all inclusive stay.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Mitsis Village Hotel verbracht. Das Buffet ist sehr umfangreich und das All-Inclusive Angebot lässt keine Wünsche offen, sogar am Strand, welcher gut zu Fuss erreichbar ist, wird man nicht verdursten ;) Die In-House Autovermietung, sowie die Motovermietung gegenüber sind perfekt und kostengünstig, um die Insel zu erkunden. Vielen Dank für diese schönen Tage auf Rodos!

Resort meraviglioso! Siamo stati benissimo e ci ritorneremo sicurante! La struttura è situata a pochi passi da una splendida spiaggia di sabbia che vanta un mare cristallino. Si nota che il complesso è stato completamente rinnovato di recente, decorato in stile moderno, sobrio ed elegante. Spazi comuni ben curati. La camera familiare molto spaziosa e luminosa, ben arredata, letti comodissimi e un bel bagno ampio. Pulizia impeccabile. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno accolto in maniera calorosa e hanno soddisfatto appieno ogni nostra esigenza. Ristorazione eccellente, sia il ristorante a buffet che le opzioni à la carte. Kiotari è una località davvero molto interessante e l’isola di Rodi è stupenda. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Hotel was super amazing, food, staff, room BUT one thing that really affected a little bit our experience was the people reserving the seats by the pool at 7am with their towels and then showing up around 11-12 and complaining and/or being rude if someone took their spot. Hotel should be more pro-active with this situation. But all the rest was absolutely amazing.

Struttura rinnovata, ubicata in posizione molto vicina alla spiaggia, basta fare due passi. Ambiente curato e moderno. Camera ampia e spaziosa, con una bella vista mare. Massima pulizia. Worst experience ever for a 5 star hotel
Its my worst trip so far. The room allocated to me was fly infested and a bird nest right in front of our door with bird poop all over the front of our room and the birds flying over our heads as we entered and left the room which made me very uncomfortable. I also had over 20 flies on the ceiling of the room. I requested for a room swap but was told it was impossible. This i did at about 3pm on friday and then 11pm. The first time i was told there wasnt any availability until the next day. Whan we got to the room later in the evening, i was accused of coming to later to complain so my room will have to be sprayed at past midnight after waiting for over an hour. Ibwas also offered a sister hotel at past midnight. Nothing was done until i brought out my phone to record. I didn't get any audience until about 2am and didn't do to bed until about 4am when they offered me a room. Porter even mentioned that i will be moved again after 2 nights and i said no. This is unacceptable and made my experience really unpleasant and was unsettled for the first 2 days.

This is a perfect hotel for solo travellers. I would definitely visit again but in early summer as the majority of the excursions, bars and boat trips were shut as it was approaching off season. This is definitely a 4* hotel (not 5* yet) I think the food in the main restaurant lets it down. Pro's: - Clean and tidy room and a lovely modern bathroom with daily house keeping. - Beachfront hotel with multiple pools, lounge area's and daytime/evening activities for all ages. - Excellent customer service from all staff *(Jeta, Andreas, Vasileios, Arland and Erion)* Cons: - Extremely difficult to get a booking at the A la Carte restaurants (I had to repeatedly speak to the restaurant management to get 1 on my final day). - 1 hour taxi ride/2 hour bus ride to the main Old town/Airport

Entre agréable et décevant
Hôtel agréable mais quand on regarde les détails ça devient vite décevant. Chambre: Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre ‘’Superior Family Sharing Pool’’ mais j’ai vite regretté d’avoir réservé ce type de chambre. Première déception la taille de la piscine ne correspond pas à la photo que l’hôtel vend sur son site et l’entretien laisse vraiment à désirer, juste au-dessus de notre terrasse un grand bougainvillier, résultat tous les jours des pétales de fleurs tombe sur la terrasse ainsi que dans la piscine et on nettoie 1 jours sur 4. En plus la terrasse était très bruyante. Sinon autre détail esthétique le carrelage en mauvais état ne donnent pas un air de chambre supérieure. Sinon point positif la literie très bonne ainsi que l’espace et de nombreux rangements. Restauration,Bar Plusieurs restaurants à la carte très agréable. Restaurant principal toujours beaucoup de choix, les plats était bon et varié avec soirée à thème. Service au top très bien organisé personnel agréable et souriant. Plusieurs bars avec des boissons et cocktails de bonne qualité. Piscine et plage L’hôtel possède 2 piscines mais j’aurais aimé que la zone piscines soit un peu plus soigné surtout le sol. Il y a aussi une grande plage avec un bar et un four à pizza très pratique. Par contre j’étais choqué de l’état des transats beaucoup sont défectueux en plus d’être peu confortable. Animation Animé par le club Coralia ils y a des activités tout au long de la journée ainsi qu’un spectacle le soir.

Le personnel du restaurant ainsi que les buffets étaient super! En revanche, la propreté en général, ainsi que le staff qui nettoie les chambres laissent vraiment à désirer. Je ne comprends pas comment on peut évaluer un hôtel comme celui-ci 5 étoile, très décevant.

Oh I have so much to say about this hotel it's literally unreal. Firstly I would like to start with the only positive which was most staff was really nice really friendly smiley and helpful few from the Crepe place was really annoying as they take order and forget about you and loads of people come and go and your still waiting then when it finally comes cause you get up and tell them they forget your knife and fork then they forget your drink I was very angry that day for the service they provided. There is also a young girl who smiles at you and as soon as she walks away gives a dirty look she saw me looking when she kept doing it. Next the rooms like its so bad that it was falling apart the sockets were coming off literally from the wall with our chargers. The toilet wouldn't flush there was ant infestation in the room everyday it was disgusting I found ant in the bed 3 times which made me itch all night. I called the front desk waited more then an hour no one showed then called again and told them i have been waitinf and not putting my son to sleep cause of them they came sprayed something which did not work. The hotek is not sound proof like I don't want to hear the couple upstairs having sex it was just disgusting and uncomfortable. The pool was all around the hotel which is a journey from one to the other which was not nice. It took us literally 10min to get to the main area everyday for food. Pools are small for the amount of people they have. The beach is not 2min

Bon établissement mais service moyen, le service etait parfois un peu long et pas mal d'erreurs dans les commandes prises. Parfois l' hygiène etait limite (restauration à côté de la piscine où le personnel ne portait pas de gants et manipulait directement la nourriture à mains nues). La qualité des cocktails n'était pas constante et souvent les ingrédients manquaient.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und nahe am Meer. Da wir in der Saison (August) gebucht hatten, gab es sehr viele Menschen im Hotel. Das Personal war jedoch trotz dem hohen Druck jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen eine Junior Suite, obwohl wir ein normales Standartzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht hatten. Somit hatten wir einen perfekten Start. Danke nochmals dafür. Einzig die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern hat mich enttäuscht. Die Bettlaken wurden nie gewechselt, obwohl wir den Zettel auf das Bett gelegt haben. Wir konnten nie am Pool liegen, da bereits früh am Morgen alle reserviert waren. Dafür haben wir die Liegen am Meer, Kiotari Beach sehr genossen.

Not a 5 star hotel - 4 at best. Some areas were lovely - we had a nice, comfortable room etc. However, there are just not enough staff and those that are there are over worked (probably under paid) and not happy! That said, Entertainment staff worked very hard and were very friendly - the staff seemed to be trying their best but let down by senior management! It is a 20/30 minute queue for a drink at the bar in the evening. The A la carte restaurant are not fine dining but just the lunch time bars turned into areas to serve food prepared in the main kitchen. That said, Rhodes was lovely and location of the hotel is good.

A nice hotel but not 5 star by any means. Reception area is lovely but that is about all. Chlorine pool very noisy and dirty, salt pool has very very uncomfortable sun loungers and most are broken. You have to wake up at 6:30am to get a lounger for the day, not enough for the number of guests. Restaurants must be pre-booked before going otherwise you’ll be lucky enough to eat at an al-la carte. Some staff were lovely but the most we very moody and hardly smiled making it feel uncomfortable. We asked one how he was and his response was ‘I’m not good’. Towel drop is in the basement under reception so it’s far to go daily to change the towels especially if your room is at the top of the resort. Food was nice in the restaurants but the buffet was hit and miss. The que for drinks was always long and drinks were not 5 star, more like 2 or 3 star. Cheap cheap alcohol. Our room was clean but friends we met said they had ants in their room. Under the bed was very dusty and the cleaner didn’t make the bed properly everyday. Overall an ok hotel with nice views but it does not deserve 5 star. Wouldn’t go back.

Bellissima struttura , illuminazione serale stupenda, spettacoli serali molto belli , bella l'idea di avere tanti ristoranti a tema, bellissime le piscine e gli scivoli. Parcheggio ampio . Purtroppo il personale non è all'altezza del posto spesso anche scontroso, siamo arrivati in albergo di pomeriggio e la camera era sporca, inoltre due giorni dopo non hanno pulito la camera , alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi hanno detto che se n'erano dimenticati (assurda come risposta), il frigorifero dopo 3 giorni si è rotto e non lo hanno riparato nonostante la mia segnalazione, insomma si tratta di un cinque stelle e ho prenotato una family suite, per quello che ho pagato non ho avuto un servizio all'altezza del nome e della tariffa pagata. Inoltre nessuno del personale parlava italiano neanche l'animazione quindi i miei figli sono stati emarginati, nonostante nella descrizione della struttura fosse scritto che tra le lingue parlate dal personale c'era anche italiano.
