This is an amazing place to stay with fabulous view and a gorgeous, very private beach and pool. I felt that I was in the lap of luxury. The food was great, the breakfast included, and the restaurant on site, though it has a very limited menu unless you are there for a good while, then they seem to offer another choice. The staff was amazing. The landscaping beautiful. The only complaint I have, and it really isn't a complaint, just a fact, it is in the middle of nowhere. For us, for two days, it was fabulous, restful and just what we needed after Athens and all the noise and hubbub. But there is nothing at all around--no shopping, no restaurants, no trails, no trees. The roaming goats were a fun addition. It is 190 steps down to the beach, no matter how the photo makes it look. We are 63 and not in great physical condition, and our two daughters are in their 20s. We managed, just had to take it slow. Temps were mild, so it wasn't unbearable to do. But be prepared to take everything you need down to the beach with you b/c you won't be wanting to run back to the room to get it. Be advised that the beach, while stunning, is all rounded rocks, not sand. Wish I'd had water shoes. The staff makes a run to a store daily and will pick up a small list of supplies/food.
