Very disappointing experience
Unfortunately, I have to say I was very disappointed with my stay. It was definitely not the standard of a four star hotel as it is advertising itself. The room in the basement with garden view I had was very dark even in daylight. The bathroom was missing a soap dispenser and toothbrush mug. Furthermore, there was no instruction of how to use the safe in the room, which resulted in many guests (including myself) accidentally locking the safe and the reception staff had to come to each room to unlock the safe and explain the instructions. I think it would save a lot of effort and time to just put some instructions in the room instead. The hotel wifi reception was extremely bad or non-existent. I also had very bad experiences with the hotel’s own restaurant Atlantida, where the food was of very poor quality (I even got ill one night) and the waiter staff extremely impolite. For everyone who wants to experience good food and friendly staff, I can warmly recommend the Notos Beach Restaurant, situated on the same beach. The breakfast selection was also very limited and the food again of poor quality. I was also quite disappointed from the whole Mykonos island as rubbish was lying around everywhere, it felt very run-down and the people seemed to be just interested in getting as much money as possible out of tourists. Finally, on a positive note I want to highlight the free sunbeds on the beach and the great quality of the water which is perfect for a swim even in October.

We came for our honeymoon and stayed for 5 nights! The hotel staff was phenomenal, I can’t express how sad we were to leave because we felt like we got to see and talk to them a lot and became quite close. Everyone was so friendly and sweet and helpful. Loved how close the bus stop was and easy it was to get to the town and back. We can’t wait to come back and will be telling everyone about the hotel!

Fantastic hotel. The people are amazing. Sophia the most warm and wonderful woman that did the breakfast. Athena bright as a button in front desk. Absolutely delightful person. Eva on reception with a dry humour. The fast Pandelis in the beach who looked after a whole beach load of people, faster than a speeding bullet. We have seen him 3 times in the last 12 years. Never seems to age. It’s our favourite place to visit, once you come you’re hooked. The people treat you like family. Bravo and thank you.

Amazing beach with chill vibes! Location was super convenient as we could grab the bus to downtown Mykonos or a water taxi to the neighboring beaches like Paradise Beach if we wanted more of a party scene.

Direttamente sulla spiaggia, concepita come un piccolo villaggio greco, l’hotel offre camere spaziose. Colazione vista mare abbondante. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Ombrelloni e sdraio inclusi, su una spiaggia con mare cristallino. Non è la Grecia con spiagge deserte ma un angolo pieno di vita, con ottimi ristoranti a portata di mano. Collegamenti frequentissimi con il villaggio di Mykonos

Great Staff, Great Location, & Great Beach
We really enjoyed our stay, and they location was great. The food, bar, rooms, beach, and service were all great. The staff were all incredibly nice, and very helpful. They handled all of our transfers for the airport, and ferry. Our flight coming in was approximately two hours late, yet they were still there waiting for us upon our arrival, which we really appreciated. They also recommended several restaurants nearby that we really enjoyed. We plan to visit Greece again in 2024, or 2025 and we will without a doubt be staying at Acrogiali again when we return.

Service at hotel excellent. Every member of staff we spoke to from transfer to departure was friendly helpful and happy. Beach service guy worked extremely hard n always helpful. Food good too. Location fir a lazy holiday perfect. Also enjoyed our pool day at sister hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Acrogiali. The staff is excellent. Ivan, Pandalise and little Ivan 🐈 were our favorites. Breakfast buffet offered many selections. Having the private beach for hotel guests and paying customers guaranteed lounge chairs if you came early. The bus stop into town is conveniently located around the corner of the hotel. We’ll be back.

Everyone and everything was fabulous. The free buffet-style breakfast has so much variety. We especially loved the fresh squeezed orange juice and a few local favorites. There were plenty if options for all foreign travelers. Hotel guests gave access to the beautiful beach and lounge chairs are a plenty if your up early enough to snag a spot.

Definitely NOT a four star hotel in any way. It has beach access and mattresses are comfy but that’s about it. Nothing luxe about the room or amenities. I was very disappointed. The location isn’t bad. Has a few restaurants around, small mini mart and transportation there. We were very happy to leave after 3 nights.

We scrambled to find a hotel when our previous accommodation was not good. The desk manager at our check in was so so nice and accommodating. She made what was a stressful situation very easy. The room set up was a little strange but the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Top Hotel mit einem der schönsten Strände von Mykonos direkt vor der Tür. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und gibt sehr gute Tipps. Das Frühstück ist extrem reichhaltig und gut. Der Abhol- und Bringservice vom und zum Flughafen funktioniert perfekt. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die noch nicht perfekt schwimmen können, könnten die Lage und der Strand fast nicht besser sein.

Nice property. Rooms are cleaned daily. The best part of our stay is the friendly staff from the port driver, receptionist, beach personel and breakfast ladies. Stayed for 3 nights and I would say they have the best people.

We LOVED this hotel. It was great. Close to everything and the bus station as well. The breakfast was amazing and the staff most of them were great and helpful. The only thing I did not like was that they would not change the sheets for the beds. We stayed there for 4-5 days and despite sheets and comforter being dirty the housekeeping did not change it. Other than that everything was great about this hotel
