"Quite an American feel complex for a small Bahamian island. Wasn’t expecting quite so many units. Feels quite Floridian. Unless you have an Ocean Front you really won’t get much of a sea view more the property facing you! Palapa grill was pretty disappointing for breakfast and dinner but the 23 North restaurant was well worth the money and we ate there twice. "

"Super dejligt sted. Utroligt meget plads. 2 soveværelser, et opholdsværelse/køkken og to toilletter og et bad. Ren og dejlig pool med basket net. Bordtennisbord til fri afbenyttelse. Strandstole lige nedenfor pool på stranden. Meget få turister. Eneste minus var at restaurant først åbnede 2 dage efter vores hjemrejse. "

"The property is very well situated with an elevated position which gives you a sea view. It is quite a distance from Georgetown and you do need transport. Fanny's Bar is within walking distance but that is it. It is very well equipped, the only thing missing was a sponge to do the washing up. Some of the furniture is damaged - sofa torn and rattan chairs but this didn't detract from the amazing open space around the living room. It is a very spacious house and ideal for the children in the event...

"Just stayed a wonderful week at this amazing property. Rented a car from Thompson-Honda fit ($330) for the week. That is all you need. You don’t need a Jeep. Trust me. We went every place on the island you can go and it was fine. Only used 1/4 tank the whole week and we were gone everyday. The Nixon house is perfect for a getaway. Wonderful beach and water just outside of the back of the house. The Bach yard has plenty of palm trees, which you don’t see many of on the island like other places so...

"We arrived to a very friendly staff, the boat captains were very friendly and helped us get across to our cottage every day and night. Anytime we had a question and called the front desk they were always happy to help. They have a very friendly orange cat around the beach bar that my wife loved. We would love to go back when we can!"

"Host Elvis & MayAnn are wonderful people and hosts to this property. All the villas are clean and comfortable. Its remote so the beach is basically a private beach and theres conveniences of food and restaurants in about 15 mins away. You will love your stay here! Definitely coming back!"

"It’s a beautiful nature - turquoise clear waters and beautiful views. Our villa fit our needs - it was clean, quiet, safe, with a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. There was unfinished construction around that could be unsafe for little unsupervised kids, but it didn’t bother us. "We were greeted by someone when we checked in. Very friendly and great experience. The space was spacious and comfortable. Loved the screened in porch for meals and just enjoying the view of the ocean. Convenient location was close enough to town to walk, however we rented a car for our stay. Overall great experience and will definitely look at booking here again next time we visit the island."

"An outstanding house that served the needs of our adult family perfectly. The views are amazing. The back yard pool area was outstanding. The pool had a leak and was low on water, but still swimmable and going to be repaired soon we were told. The "roads" leading to the house ... wow ... that is all you can say ... LOL. Be prepared for an off-road experience ... but this is the nature of the island as a whole. Overall though this vacation was perfect. Beautiful island and it's people are...

"We really loved our stay! The host was awesome and communicated very well. We even got to check in a bit early which was so nice after our all night flight. The beach nearby was amazing and we walked there each morning. The house was perfect; it was so nice to have the kayaks and other beach things. My son loved the skim board. It was also very handy to have the washer/dryer so we didn’t have a ton of laundry upon returning home!"

"February Point is quiet and convenient. The house is very comfortable and everyone loved the view from their bedroom. The boat is perfect for cruising around the bay and the private dock made starting the adventure very easy. The host was quick to respond."
