We understand how frustrating it must have been to have difficulties with the check-in process. It seems like our check-in links might have been on a mini vacation when you tried them.We can assure you that our reception is available 24/7 on the phone, even during the weekend. The ghostly absence you experienced is not the norm, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this caused. As for our breakfast personnel, we do train them to help with croissants, coffee, and, on good days, an omelette. However, they might not be the best when it comes to tech support.We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the steep stairs. For future stays, we do have an elevator for our guests who prefer not to take the stairway to heaven. The next time you visit, we would be more than happy to show you to a room that is more easily accessible.We're glad that you found the cleanliness and comfort of the room satisfactory.
