"The WOTIF booking confirmation stated "The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - 10 PM" so I was shocked to be berated for being late on my arrival. While I had stated I would be there at 3pm, there were a number of delays during my trip. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to on arrival (maybe organise self check-in like every other self-managed property in the world). "We booked 4 x rooms and all were clean and had everything we required. We all loved the size of each of the bedrooms. We also loved the fact that once we parked the cars we could walk to everything we wanted to do for the week-end."
