"I liked that the hotel had a swimming pool. I liked that it was closed to many good eateries. The free breakfast was good. "Very nice room!! However, the breakfast buffet was really dissapointing. And the hotel does not have a treadmill despite it being on their pictures. The fitness area was the reson for us choosing this hotel, but it turned out not worth the money!"

"The carriage house was so comfortable! Not only did it have everything you could need, there were lots of extra touches like local wine and coffee pods. And real plants! The yard is amazing. Filled with vines and peach trees, it’s the perfect little spot to sit outside. Very dog friendly as well. ..."

"Good communication from Visit Fruita. We needed nothing from them, as the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything that it said it had. It is a bit out of town, but close to Kokopelli trails and relatively quiet. We enjoyed everything it had to offer!"
