The club breakfast room closes at 900 am, and the receptionist told us it closed at 0930. We arrived at 0905, and they were removing the breakfast. We only grabbed coffee. The kitchen staff informed us that miscommunication is a common problem they have.

Sasha the front desk attendant was so nice and helpful. We arrived early and was exhausted from travel. She helped us get early check in. Plus we were offered great perks for signing up for rewards, which saved us almost a $100 in parking. Club level was awesome. We paid 30 bucks extra but the snacks and drinks plus breakfast and happy hour food was totally worth it. Clean place, excellent staff. I will be back for sure

I had a great stay at The Sheraton. The staff is very attentive and the room is clean. Save some cash and got the level of service that you would expect at one of the more expensive hotels around. Would stay again.

It was for the most part clean. There was a French fry left on the floor in my room, I'm assuming from the previous guest. All else was clean

Chloe was such a help ! She’s the best . When my wife and i arrived she was very welcoming and friendly which made us FEEL very Comfortable . She offered me to sign up to there rewards program which is recommended for me since I travel a lot . Or anyone who would love to save money ! And on the Goodside it’s saved me 75$ in parking fees. Chloe made my check in very easy fun and fast . The rooms were very comfortable, the AC was amazing ! Overall the hotel was a 10/10 I’m definitely returing here for my next trip to Disneyland ! GIVE CHLOE A RAISE ! Anyone checking in LOOK FOR CHLOE SHE IS THE SWEETEST PERSON ALIVE !

Limited options for dining on hotel premises, but nearby restaurants made up for it. Bar was adequately sufficient for basic drinks. Sign up for the Bonvoy promotions and save $24 nightly parking fees.

Hotel was clean and staff was amiable upon a late checkin after Disney. We had a complimentary breakfast for signing up to the rewards program. Breakfast was good and staff was also friendly. After check out was charged 161.74! While room was pre-paid via expedia, turns out the charges were 100 for incidentals and 61.84 for parking one night. The incidentals were refunded after contacting Expedia cust service. However, be warned about parking charges. Reading other reviews, this seems to be an extra charge with inconsistent pricing.

We were here for a basketball tournament so we had multiple rooms booked. At least 4 families, including myself had bugs in their bed and ended up with welts or rashes on their bodies.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming! SHOUTOUT TO CHLOE! one of the best receptionist! The rooms were clean and well made. Overall, great stay and was close to a lot of options of dining. and super close to Disneyland.

I really loved this hotel. The staff was super friendly and kind. My only con would be there wasn’t always someone at the front desk you might have to wait a little bit and the vending machines were never restocked the whole week I was there, other than that I really can’t complain. We were restocked daily with fresh towels and the always made our beds and cleaned the room up. I was concerned they didn’t have a microwave in the room we had a bunch of left overs but there was one down by the vending machine. I was happy about that. It was a nice stay. Definitely would stay here again.

The negatives for this property are pretty minor. Litter is always found outside (even though the staff are always seen cleaning up). But locals and tourists keep them busy by throwing garbage wherever they like. The beds and cabinets in the room were very sqeaky. Otherwise the pool was nicely heated, the staff were wonderful, and the hotel was clean. Also the public transportation to Disneyland stops right in front of the hotel. We were traveling with a young child and a baby and this was a great hotel for us.
