"We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...

"Have wanted to visit Sanibel for long time & this was the perfect place to stay. Had everything we needed & a great location - close to the beach. Was able to see manatees at the end of the garden - which was amazing. Would recommend to anyone."

"Quiet neighborhood. Clean, smelled wonderful, interior was updated modern. Outdoor pool was salt water and clean. Putting green, although small was a lot of fun! Just one thing to consider is to nail down one of the boards by tiki hut area that was loose."

"Older house in good condition. Spacious house (even for 8 people) and nice floor plan with Master bedroom on one side and 3 bedrooms on other side. Nice Pool area with heater that heats up water by about 3 degrees Fahrenheit on a sunny day. Great location by canal and close to shops. Good value for price, we were happy. Nice German property manager."

"Es ist ein kleineres Haus älterer Bauart, was durchaus seinen Charme hat. Sehr gute Lage - alles schnell zu erreichen und trotzdem ruhig. Nette Wohngegend. Buchungsabwicklung absolut problemlos und seriös. Das Highlight ist der tolle Poolbereich! Die Einrichtung ist teilweise leider schon ziemlich abgewohnt und sollte in größerem Umfang ersetzt werden (Master-Bad, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Türen Einbauschränke ...). "House was everything as advertised. TV had all the apps. The pool was quiet and private. Wendy was great and checked in with us to make sure all was well. I would rent it again for sure."

"We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. "This home had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, lots of different sitting areas, and a well appointed kitchen. The lanai and pool area were fabulous! "The house is beautiful, great that there is 4 bedrooms with king size beds. One recommendation would be to add a set of bunk bedlo or another single bed to one bedroom so the house could accommodate two families of 5. Also a TV in the second bedroom with and ensuite would be a nice addition. Thanks for sharing your home! Lots of linens, access to pool toys and bikes was nice extras. Great poolside furniture.
