Kunne være så meget bedre
Meget slidte møbler og senge. Badeværelse var dog i god stand. Sovesofa var indså dårlig stand, st selv vores 2 årige brokkede sig over hvor dårlig den er. Alle fjedre kunne tydelig mærkes. Der var gamle sokker ved siden af vaskemaskinen. Det værste var dog der kun var sengelinned til 2, der var bestilt til 4. De kunne ikke skaffe mere da vi ankom sent. Så måtte sove med håndklæder, så børnene kun få dynen. Næste dag lyskes det at få tæpper. Der var ikke bestilt med fuldt funktionelt køkken men det eneste, der var, var plastisk / engangs kopper, tallerkener bestilt etc og lun 4 af hver til flere dage, til 4 personer. Der lugter der gammelt og pool området fremstår og trist. Beliggenheden er dog god men alt i alt alt for dyr ift stand etc.

The fan in my room made a lot of noise when I put the heat on. It was extremely distracting. Overall everything is great.

Well I didn't know if I have to request someone to clean my room but I was there from Friday till Monday not even one day someone clean my room. But over all everything was good.

I liked the property location. It was in a decent area with many places to walk to. I did not like how the pool area seemed almost abandoned, with constant trash everywhere and almost never had towels available. It seems like they could use more staff as there was many areas of the hotel that could have used more cleaning. Overall, it was a safe place but could use some improvements. 6/10 hotel overall.

Convenient location. If you don't have a car, bus runs outside the hotel. The rooms are fresh, big enough and clean. Personal was kind and helpful.

We had someone try to break into our room on more then one occasion, we notified hotel staff immediately and quite literally nothing was done. Someone came and banged on our door unannounced at 11:30 pm after both incidents happened and scared us half to death. We found out the next morning that it was security. It’s so unprofessional to have security come and bang down someone’s door unannounced late at night after 2 women report someone trying to break into their room. We had this very nice staff member (Giselle??) change our room code but other then that nothing was done. We were told that our pin pad would be checked and that cameras would be checked, they never were. The room was dirty, balcony was atrocious and we had people throwing cigarettes and liquor bottles onto our balcony for 2 days and again nothing was done. Other than one lovely staff member, I think their name was Giselle??working front desk on May 14, around 12pm- they were awesome throughout our stay. All of the other staff was unfriendly and rude. We will not be coming back here

Great service. Sarah was super kind and accommodating! Our suite was clean and looked exactly as the pictures. This is not the first time my partner and I stayed at The Circ. Unfortunately, the pool has downgraded even more since our first time staying here; previously there were cabana like seatings which are no longer up in the pool area and the pool lawn chairs feel very cheap and run down. The pool area looks nothing like the pictures posted anymore.

the area around it is okay. lots of homeless and creeps so if your coming on a girls trip just keep that in mind. ubers are good and there’s parking at the hotel. room was nice but the workers also had a starring problem so also a negative. we used the cafe at the hotel and it was convenient and good. overall hotel was nice.

As a first time experience, was very satisfactory! Enjoy the fact that the room service was available when requested! Room supplies were at our disposal all other requests were immediately taken care of! Very enjoyable experience! Thanks to the staff’s support team!!!!

I stayed in room 813. The room itself was extremely clean however the first night there was no remote control in the room. I requested a remote, one was quickly brought up to the room but that one did not work. I was unable to get another remote so for the nights that I stayed, I did not use the TV. Secondly, the toilet would not stop running, I had to get up several times in the middle of the night to play with the handle for the water to stop running. The table on the balcony was covered in bird feces matter. Other than that the stay was ok. The pool was clean but again bird matter in various places on the floor around the pool.

On a été très déçu de l’hébergement en général. Nous avons eu une chambre vraiment trop petite pour nos deux personnes pour une semaine et personne n’a pus rien faire ni même nous changer de chambre en 7 jours… c’est inacceptable même si l’hôtel est pleine, il y a des check out à tous les jours ils auraient dû nous transférer sachant que nous acceptions de payer un supplément. Aucune possibilité d’avoir un réfrigérateur de plus, le nôtre était miniature et très mal placer.. En 7 jours, seulement un room clean d’inclus.. vraiment pas terrible! Une chance que nous avons eu deux bonne employées (Gisele et Jamaria) qui on été très sympathique. PS LA CHAMBRE 1012 était jolie mais vraiment trop petite pour nous deux 7 jours de temps.

Really walkable neighborhood with interesting shops and great restaurants. A lot of gentrification going on. The hotel itself is very nice with nice balcony. Will definitely stay here again!

We were in town to see family and this hotel was in a convenient location, close to family. The no contact check in was incredibly easy and the room was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel overall! You can’t go wrong staying here and the beds were VERY comfortable. My sister and I stayed 4 nights in Feb with my two young children . The only improvement I can suggest is the pool was freezing cold. If they had a heated pool would be 5 stars all around. My son was looking forward to swimming and couldn’t because it was too cold.

I was a bit weary of booking this hotel because of some of the negative reviews but I gave it a shot and I do not regret it. Very nice and modern hotel with a rooftop pool and a Publix around the block. Room was as pictured. Negatives: 1) NO room cleaning (have to schedule and pay on the app. 2) parking is expensive (there’s limited free street parking a block away). 3) Everything is an up charge; early check-in, room cleaning, parking, etc… These perks come standard with most hotels.

The stay was great with a few minor 'tech' hiccups: - The app wasn't working or connecting to my account. - I didn't get a check-in process email and had to call for it when I got to the hotel. - The soap dispenser in the shower was broken. Thanks!

If you’re bringing kids and wanna use the pool, beware it’s shockingly cold and the water does not warm up throughout the day. It also attracts a LOT of birds that swim in the water and poop on the pool deck. The hotel itself is good, not great. Some small things that are annoying but not awful. Like punching in a 6-digit code every time you use the elevator and no phone to call the front desk. You have to send a message through the app and wait for a response. The area is underwhelming. Some cute bakeries and coffee shops (Farmer’s Milk is amazing) but there’s nothing special within walking distance. Lot of run-down chain stores and restaurants. Overall Hollywood needs a refresh and more local businesses
