Godt hotel til prisen. God service. God mad i restaurant, men lidt dyrt. God placering med gang afstand til bus holdeplads nr 40 (til togstation) og Water Taxi (kanalrundfart) samt beachwalk ind til byen lige udenfor døren.

Godt hotel til prisen, men lettere brugt.
Hotellet levede op til standarden i beskrivelsen og prisen på bookningen var god. Fantastisk udsigt fra værelset vi boede på ud over havet. Maden var god men prisen var rigtig høj. God afstand til gaden med de dejlige spisesteder hvor der virkeligt er gang i den - på den gode måde. 👍 Et dejligt sted at holde ferie med fantastiske oplevelser. Kanal tur kan anbefales. Den er helt fantastisk, fyldt med oplevelser fra mange af kendissernes enorme villaer som ikke kan beskrives men bør opleves. Vælg en tur til Fort Lauderdale det vil være et minde for livet. Vi valgte efter en lille uge at flyve til Den Dominikanske Republik som varmt kan anbefales. Her var vi en uge, for så at slutte af i Miami. Vi vil klart anbefale andre at booke samme/tilsvarende rejse, da den giver en på opleveren🏝👍 Hilsen Inger og Jan

The rooms are very out dated and lighting was very dark, after we checked in we had to ask for our room to be cleaned “again” then waited another hour and the room still wasn’t touched so we had to go and ask again for the 3rd time were we were told that it should be done within 45 minutes and was finally. Our room was very loud and was located directly behind the elevator, all night long all we could hear was the elevator. Overall the hotel was ok, the best part was the location pool and beach, if you’re looking for the top of the line hotel this isn’t it.

The beach was great. Breakfast at the Naked Crab was good. Being locked out of our room 3 times in less than 24 hours and having to switch rooms multiple times wasn’t ideal. The original room was great if the lock wasn’t malfunctioning. Then we were moved to two rooms that were not the same as the original. When we asked to be moved to a room with the same amenities as the original room the woman at the front desk acted as if we were the problem and making an outlandish request however we were only asking for the same amenities we originally had. Most of the other staff was friendly but it was disappointing to be treated as if it was unreasonable to want to be able to return to our room without having to stand outside for 45 mins to an hour in the hot sun waiting for security to let us back into our room.

There was not a pool open after dark, i want to night swim while I'm on vacation. There was not a mermaid show. I was not aware of the Valley only parking. There needs to be a trash can in the room bathroom and more counterspace, you could put a legde under the mirror. The staff was nice.

The hotel didn’t give us a warning that the second pool was under construction, they didn’t have any bikes and they didn’t have enough pool chairs for how many people were there. It was extremely crowded and the beach staff bringing drinks/food was very slow (40 minutes to get a beer). The area around the hotel is more city like- public beach access is directly next to the hotel so any tournaments or camps can be heard from the beach area. You are in walking distance to some bars/restaurants.

Not as advertised for the price.When we purchased two nights before our cruise,we had our kids in mind. We chose a hotel that would be on the beach that would also have an indoor pool.We arrived at the hotel late the first night so it wasn’t until the second day we looked around the actual hotel.When we arrived the first night to our room, there was still dirt all over the bathroom floor and the small bottles left for shampoo etc had a half used and opened lotion. Our check in started at 4 and we did not check in until midnight so it wasn’t rushed.The second day we tried to get ice and the ice maker on our floor did not work. We went down a floor-again did not work. We went down to the first sky walk on floor 4 -did not work. We had to walk across the sky walk to the next tower and of course theirs works because it’s right where the lobby is. We went to the outside pool where they offer 2 towels for 4 paid guests. Not a huge deal, we shared. Very limited seating so good luck finding anything. We decided to go to the beach. Was beautiful out and then your typical small rain but some lightning. W/ little kids we ran back inside & decided to try the indoor pool. CLOSED! Huge disappointment. No car so nothing else to do.At night we had to go back to the outdoor pool after dinner with the kids. This was when the bar out there closes and there isn’t staff outside. With that being said we had several very inappropriate adults. Fair for their vacation but another pool would be great.

The overview does not have a balcony and the upgrade that the hotel charges is way more than the upgrade with Expedia. Read the descriptions carefully

We do apologize for the misunderstanding in room type. Your booking was for an ocean-view room, not a balcony room. Those rooms are of a specific room type and must be booked as such. We are happy in the end you did get to enjoy the upgraded balcony room and the complimentary breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I gave the cleanliness a 4 star rating because the outside sitting area of the naked crab restaurant was a little rough ( broken light fixtures, a burnt outlet with wires hanging over out and bird droppings on the bars above the dining tables).The rest of the property was stellar!!!

If you get past the graffiti out front and the valet employees cursing and swearing at everyone you can then get inside the beach tower which has no ac other than on the 1st floor in the halls and into your filthy room where you'll find hair from guests past on the shower walls, toilet and beds!

The room had musty smell in carpet. Check out process was terrible. Pool area unbelievably packed. Looks like was updated at one point but not kept up with. First and last time to stay.
