"The unit was as described and very clean with a great view! Cons: the elevator was out of order, so we had to tote all of our belongings to the 4th floor, which was an inconvenience, however the owner did notify us of this detail via email. I saw a coffee maker but there was no coffee available to be made. The bed was not very comfortable, both my husband and I woke up with back aches. Otherwise, i enjoyed the room and the location. "The resort was fantastic. The food and bar downstairs had excellent service and good food. The beach is great, two nice pools to choose from and a good indoor pool if the weather gets a little rough. The staff was polite and very helpful. The fitness center is decent, you should find most of what you need, Pier Park is walking distance away, perfect to walk off a meal on the beach. "The property was tidy and well equipped for a couple + dogs in need of a break. We really enjoyed morning coffee in the dock and dinner on the picnic table. My husband caught plenty of blue crab for a lovely seafood boil to celebrate our anniversary. The house is minutes from everything SGI has to offer. "We loved this unit! It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach with access directly across the street. We loved having a pool just steps away from the back porch. The unit came with a beach wagon and chairs, which was so nice. We were able to request bikes and they were dropped off and picked up simply through your phone. I loved the location because we could bike to multiple restaurants, gas station, snowcones, etc. Loved bringing our pup too! We would have liked to know that dogs are not allowed...

"The condo is nice with a good view. Unfortunately one of the elevators was being worked on when we arrived which left 1 elevator to use resulting in longer waits. A storm came through and knocked the power out leaving us with no elevator and having to walk up 7 flights to get to our room. Overall we had a great experience."

"Loved the beach access, very quiet area. I’ll probably get a bigger option next time but definitely recommend this place for stays. It does have a washer and dry but not in the unit its shared. Only thing i didnt like was the way the room smelt not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that they use or if thats just the way it smells. Maybe adding air fresheners would help. "

"This was our first time in Rosemary Beach and we fell in love with the town and friendly community. This adorable carriage house apartment was perfect for my husband and me. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was just big enough and had everything we needed. We loved using the bikes provided to ride around and explore. Everything was just as described. We will be back next year!"

"We booked the studio for its location and price. The room was as advertised. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator as well as a king size bed. The place was clean. The sitting arrangements were not ideal -you had a small love seat or the bed. There was no place to sit and eat other than on the love seat and only one can fit there at a time. The TV was difficult to use. The property manager/owner was easy to work with and very responsive."

"We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay."
