dejligt ophold med det der skulle være på hotellet. lidt støj fra trafik og gade, men ikke værre end at det var til at holde ud. dårligt wifi. flot stort værelse og bad.

Great hosts, perfect location. Felt very central to everything and only 10-15 minute walk from the tram which takes you direct from the airport. The room it’s self was perfect with a nice continental breakfast in the morning and rooms cleaned daily.

Hard to find.
We spent over one hour trying to find it, although it is central it has a tiny sign and owner told me local council restrict size of signs, but hotels seem to have huge ones. Be aware of the stairs, our suite was on the 3rd floor, there is no lift, so think about your luggage. We enjoyed our stay, but it was short and we lost time at the start.

Dear Guest,the sign of our Guest House is not very big, it's true, but you knew the address and, if you had known how to use Google maps, you would have arrived in an instant; furthermore, it is true that hotels have a larger sign but the Guest House, as the name itself indicates, is not a hotel but a B&B.Best regardsRaphael

The staff and the owner are very nice and friendly and helpful . This is probably my 5th time staying in this property when I come to Florence. The location is fantastic , close to Duomo ( Santa Maria Flore ) and close to all the famous landmarks / attraction of Florence . Also , the price is affordable

Great location! It is about a block away from the Duomo! But still very quiet! However, it is on the 4th floor of an old building with no lift, lots of stairs. The problem that I had, it was not clearly marked where in the building it was, I wish they had a sign that said fourth floor, we didn’t know where to go. The room was beautiful, safe and clean!

Location location location is so important . It’s few blocks from Duomo and other top highlights of Florence . The property is very clean and Raffaele is very helpful . I love the building itself . The building is probably from 1600 . The owner of the BnB modernized the room but kept the beautiful old ceiling . So you really experience entering a medieval period when entering the building and climbing the stairs . And experience present as you enter the rooms

Dear Guest, in the surroundings of the Guest House at no more than 300 meters there are 4/5 parking spaces, probably you wanted a non-paid parking? Unfortunately in the city the parking lots are paid only and if you entered the ZTL without unloading the license plate in an authorized parking lot you will get a fine from the municipal police. You could have warned me at check in and I would have helped you. In any case, the Guest House is not responsible for parking your car. Best regards

We keep coming to this property because of its location … it’s a few minute walk to the Duomo and surrounded by good restaurants and shops . the cleanliness of the room is another thing we like . And the free breakfast . We wish we got refunded or credited to our next visit of the property for the one night that we didn’t stay . We got stranded in Bastia Corsica because of the transportation issue . Can Expedia help us on this matter . Thanks

Particolare e romantica.
Soggiornato nella suite della struttura. Ambiente ampio e cn ottimo impatto visivo. Si presenta come open space cn ampia vasca a vista in un lato della stanza e quasi al centro un bagnetto cn doccia creato ad hoc. Essendo l area toilette delimitata da un piccolo muretto cn vetro, non la consiglierei se non avete piena intimità con il partner dal momento che si sente qualsiasi cosa. Nota negativa è che dalla porta si percepisce pgni rumore proveniente dall'esterno e pertanto a partire dalle 7.30 vi sarà il fastidio dei rumori della sala colazione. Comunque complessivamente bella strutturata grazie anche alla posizione centrale.

Excellent location for all the sights and galleries. Room was a good size, and the bed very comfortable. Can't comment on the breakfast as it was severley resticted due to the Covid situation, therefore extremely limited. The room didn't have a safe, but to be fair, I often find this to be the case in Italian guesthouses. We would stay there again !

Posizione invidiabile!
La struttura si trova in una posizione fantastica, a pochi passi dai principali luoghi di interesse storico-artistico. La colazione andrebbe migliorata ma ottima la possibilità di potersi fare una spremuta! Camera e bagno spaziosi. Unica pecca il fastidioso odore - il giorno dopo abbiamo scoperto dal gestore che era dovuto all'utilizzo di candeggina per la pulizia - che ci ha costretti a tenere le finestre aperte per un paio d'ore in una serata non proprio calda. L'orario ridotto della reception non ci ha permesso di risolvere tempestivamente la questione. Molto comoda la possibilità di lasciare le valigie sia all'arrivo che alla partenza!

Gentile Ospite, siamo spiacenti dell'accaduto, ma tutto è successo perché abbiamo anticipato il check in al mattino presto e non siamo riusciti ad aprire la camera per il tempo necessario. Come già accennato , stiamo usando, visto il momento, prodotti disinfettanti un pò più aggressivi. Speriamo di poter rimediare ad un prossimo vostro viaggio. Saluti Raffaele

No elevator
Hotel is in a good location close to sightseeing places. But it is not in Duomo as they claim it. It is on third floor (4th floor in US, because they do not count ground floor) and there is no elevators. So if you have heavy luggage be prepared. Room was tiny, shabby and had a glass bathroom built into the room. The bathroom is relatively new. When you take a shower the water spills on the room floor. The bathroom door is sliding and you can use either shower or toilet. The breakfast was good.

Muy bueno y excelente ubicacion
El inmueble no es tal cual un hotel, rentan un piso de un edificio y ahi estan las habitaciones, muy comodas, limpias, confotables y remodeladas. El problema es que está en el 4o. piso y no hay elevador y esta complicado subir el equipaje. No obstante eso, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Pros: Location, room size, cleanliness and comfort Cons: No elevator to 4th floor so you need to carry your luggage up and down. However, hotel staff assisted when he was available. I highly recommend this room.

Amazing location great place to stay
Excellent location 2 minute walk from duomo and many shops and restaurants nearby. 5 minute walk to Ufizzi and the river/Ponte Vecchio. Clean and spacious Paris room. Modern bathroom and powerful shower. Staff polite, friendly, very helpful and accommodating Noisey at night there were loud bin wagons/street cleaners outside every night between 2am and 4am kept us awake. Bring ear plugs if you can. One side of our mattress had a large dip in it made for uncomfortable sleeping.

Awesome hotel and location
This hotel was awesome. The room was very spacious and clean. The ceiling had a beautiful painting on it like many of the museums and churches in Italy. The bathroom was the biggest we experienced on our trip through Italy. There was plenty of room in the shower unlike other locations we stayed. The breakfast provided was pretty good. There was no hot food, just pastries and cold meats and cheeses but there was a microwave if you wanted to heat something. The only downside was that the hotel is located on the fourth floor of the building and there is no elevator. That was a lot of steps to take each day especially with luggage. The location is great. It is one block from the Duomo near the center of town. Easy walking distance to most major attractions and the train station. I would stay there again.
