Good choice at this price point for a short stay. Room was clean. Bed decent. Room small. Housekeeping competent. Our front desk clerk had the personality of a pet rock. Room for improvement there. Air worked well. Room was pleasant when first entering not hot and stuffy like so many. So, yea I’d recommend.

We stay at Fairfield Suites in Florence, SC whenever we travel and while everyone is always polite it seems that on this trip especially the staff was not only polite and friendly but also professional. When checking in and checking out both of these gentlemen were a great representation of your facility.

Very clean and quiet. Looks fairly new. Need your GPS to be sure to get there since it is way the back of a bunch of other hotels.

Pet allergies
The only issue is if you have pet allergies it doesn’t matter. There are NO designated rooms for guests & their pets. Our room was clean tho & no signs of pet dander.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our property is not pet friendly. However, we do have to allow service animals in the hotel. We do not get many guests that have service animals but when we do, we do have maintenance shampoo the room after they depart from the hotel. Housekeeping also does an extra cleaning. We are very happy to hear that your stay went well, and we look forward to serving you in the future.

Very pleased
The hotel was terrific. Tucked away in the woods far enough from 95 not to hear any noise. Large clean modern room. Very nice lobby. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Indoor pool and workout room we didn’t get a chance to use. I can see why my Marriott stock has quadrupled. Marriott made a good call introducing this brand. Priced a little high but worth the experience. If you’re driving down to the southeast US, stay here and treat yourself.

They put us in a room directly over the entrance. Should have done better as we paid for a suite and checked in late afternoon but after 4:00 pm.

Staff was amazing- super friendly and helpful. It was very disappointing that during my 4 day stay was room was never cleaned. At least they could have emptied my trash since they only give you a tiny trash can which fills up after 1 in-room meal. Gif the price charged I don’t think think it’s too much to expect
