Dejlig centralt
Ganske udemærket hotel, dejlig tæt på alt når du er turist i Edinburgh. Forvent lidt larm fra gaden og byggeri aktiviteterne omkring hotellet, men til gengæld bor du midt i byen. Super sødt personale og godt gym.

Sød, venligt personale. Meget lille værelse.
Meget sød, venlig og hjælpsomt personale! Værelset var lille i forhold til antal personer det var beregnet til. Værelset var til 3 personer. Vi var kun 2 personer og vi havde knap nok plads til vores tøj, sko og kufferter til 4 overnatninger. Der kunne umuligt være 3 personer på det værelse. Der manglede også et vindue som kunne åbnes så man kunne få frisk luft/ilt ind i værelset.

Hotelværelset var helt fint, dog manglede vi udluftning på badeværelset og vi kunne ikke åbne vinduer. Morgenmaden var ok, frugten småkedelig, udvalget ikke det store. Men det gik an.

The hotel is 250 metres from the main train station downtown so couldn’t be more convenient. The room was tastefully done and very clean. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Our room faced a major construction of a high rise only 20 feet from our window all we could see or hear was construction it was terrible also the room was small and cluttered

Hotel was very centrally located. It's essentially across the street from the Waverley train station which made it a good choice for me. Staff was friendly and efficient. Only real complaint was that there was construction happening and there was a bunch of scaffolding directly outside my window, so I kept the blinds mostly closed so workers couldn't see in. It was also a bit noisy in the mornings when they started working, but otherwise that's more of an unlucky timing thing than a major issue. I'd stay there again if I was in Edinburgh on another trip, as it was a good spot and very convenient for getting around the main attractions of the city.

We loved the location of Leonardo Royal and the staff. Hotel is a 10 minute walk (with luggage) from the main train station. There are steps and a passageway right thru the property leading up to The High Street, which has numerous restaurants, pubs, churches, and at the top, Edinburgh Castle - all walking distance. Staff were wonderful, stored our luggage until check in, offered directions and dining suggestions. Would stay here again.

Very lovely staff and the hotel was wonderful. Lovely big bed and just perfect for a romantic get away. Construction at the back of the hotel which was very noisy but wasn’t too much of an issue for us.

Stayed for three nights. Room was spacious and very clean, fridge and coffee station great addition. unfortunately it overlooked a building site but as I was out most of the day, it was bearable. Staff were very helpful - nothing too much trouble.. the back of the building was on the Royal Mile so convenient for sightseeing. Would recommend

Excellent location, perfect in between old and new towns and seconds from Waverley. Very friendly staff. Rooms soft and comfortable. Everything spotless. Breakfast very good. Some building work going on right outside but no noise. Would definitely stay again.

Current construction made for noisy room and bed/room was smaller than expected. However, staff was excellent. They were so kind and provided quick assistance. I also saw them working hard continuously to keep the hotel clean and amenities full in the lobby. It’s close walking distance to Waverly train station and many good restaurants and cafes. I would visit here again.
