"This property has a great location. Quiet for families with children. Close proximity to some resturants and stores. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We loved that this location was more family oriented than others that are closer to the board walk. "We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful oceanfront condo with a beautiful view and in a great location on the boardwalk. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive. We came during off-season and there was work, mostly painting, being done to the common areas. And the pool was closed, but that didn't bother us. The only problem we had was when the toaster set off the smoke alarm, before the toast was even done! So we didn't make any more toast, although...

"We checked in the shower doors were broke. There was another person who said when they stayed the shower doors did not operate properly. They are still not working. The bed is horrible. It is hard as a rock. The towels that were provided smelled musty. A lot of the kitchen utensils and pots are rusted. The good thing is the location and the pool. We won’t stay at this VRBO rental again."

"We got what we paid for. Not complaining at all. It's bare bones. If you get a room you get a bed , fridge, tv, microwave. Our view was right on the boardwalk and could see and hear the ocean which was equally one of our favorite parts. Slept so good. The downside is just because it can get a little noisy at certain periods because you are right on the boardwalk, but it was nothing overwhelmingly loud. Just be aware that you can hear the sounds of the boardwalk. Would definitely book here again...

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years. The view is excellent, and the rooms and surroundings are kept clean. My only issue was the heat and air conditioning needed to be fixed. Despite that, I would still recommend staying here—the staff is charming. "
