Spa gets busy and is sometimes unavailable to guests because non staying guests have booked spa days. This means you can’t even use the pool or steam room. Make sure to book a slot for the pool etc in advance.

We did have a lovely time, very relaxing weekend. The breakfast was very good and definitely what you would expect . The Spa facilities are also nice, however, it could use a little refurbishing.

Lovely hotel, great decor, spa and food. Only issue is the walls aren’t particular soundproof so was woken up throughout the night by noise from above and in the corridor.

Lovely staff who could not do enough to help you. Heating - was a bit cold at times but staff provided us with a heater swimming pool area and steam room very nice

Wont be returning.
Generally the room was tired and lacked attention to cleanliness. Although we left the usual cleaning instructions on the room door in the morning we returned in the late evening to find nothing had been touched and no clean towels etc. Needless to say we will not be returning.

All in all good but not perfect
Nice modern rooms but superior room was cold, had to downsize to standard room so it was warmer. Breakfast could be better but service was very good. Beds are comfy with nice flat screen TV. All in all a good stay but not perfect!
