Great Hotel & Resort
The hotel and resort are fantastically located with wonderful views and have almost everything you could want when you want to a holiday as a couple or as a family with children. Large, fantastic SPA with steam, sauna and a great jacuzzi that is separated up in an adult and children's area, there is also a large selection of SPA therapy option of high quality. There are three outdoor pools with good, pleasant bar service, where one pool is only for adults, and defined as a quiet area so you really can relax and enjoy the view and service. However, the staff were challenged, because several families did not respect the directions for the adult areas, and we had to repeatedly ask the staff to enforce it. The hotel and resort have 5 restaurants which have a good menu selection of good quality. Transfer service is available both by boat and bus/car to, e.g., the Old Town of Dubrovnik. It is recommended to book a table at some of Dubrovnik gourmet restaurants, which was an exquisite pleasure for us to visit if you fancy gourmet food. We will come back again at some point to enjoy our vacation at this Hotel and resort.

Lækker udsigt
Dejligt sted som er rent. God morgenmad og mulighed for forskellige restaurant typer på lokation, DOG skal man være opmærksom på at der er mange trappe, for næsten lige meget hvad man skal, dette kan være et problem. Ellers er der flere lækre swimmingpooler og købmand. Godt sted for børn og så der underholdning hver aften frem til kl. 23… MEN vil klart anbefalede at man har en leje bil, da det ligger 20 min væk fra selve byen Dubrovnik.

God morgen buffet men dårlig aften buffet.
Morgenbuffet var rigtig god med lækkert friskbagt brød. Dinner levede ikke op til et femstjernet hotel og var alt for dyr i forhold til kvalitet og udbyd. Det var umuligt at købe kødvarer til dinner i deres supermarked og der var ikke nogen butikker i nærheden hvor man kunne handle. Der sad folk og spærrede trappen ned til poolen med store ølkrus i glas som de lod børnene lege med i poolen. En af dem kastede deres barn direkte ned i poolen med et stort krus af glas i hånden. Efter 2 timer kom der en fra hotellet og bad dem sætte deres drik oppe ved domstolene hvilket de ikke rettede sig efter.

Great hotel
Very nice hotel about 15 km from Dubrovnik. You need a car if you stay here and want to see more than just the hotel and the pool. Great staff, great ambience and in all a highly recommendable hotel. Only thing that was less good was the selection of food available.

Fantastisk ramme om en familie ferie
Super hotel og lejlighedskompleks med fantastisk smuk beliggenhed og utrolig venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Lejligheden var stor og velindrettet (gratis wifi). Lækre faciliteter til fitness, spa og masser af muligheder for at dyrke sport uden ekstra betaling. Mange varierede spisesteder dog begrænsede frokostmuligheder ved de 3 pools (kun pizza). Eneste minus er hotelområdets størrelse og beliggenhed, som betyder at man føler sig lidt isoleret fra lokalsamfundet hvis man ikke har en bil

Fantastisk oplevelse
Vi fandt opholdet yderst godt. Hotellet lå ca. 10-15 minutters kørsel fra centrum, men det var rart at kunne komme ud af byen og slappe af på hotellet, med de super gode faciliteter, som de tilbød. Alt i alt havde vi en fantastisk oplevelse.

Excellent stay. The resort is big and has excellent facilities. From the moment we checked in staff were friendly and very helpful. Even got an upgrade which was amazing, as the terrace views were stunning and the kids had a bigger space to enjoy outdoors. The sports centre is great, the gym has lots of equipment to get a decent workout and it’s never to busy that you can’t get on one of the machines. The football pitch was our main base as our son loves football so it’s great to have this in the hotel and also the games room with the pS games, to lounge for a bit after a good workout on sports centre. Thank you for making this a memorable stay. We would thoroughly recommend it and hope to be back again soon.

The property and ground are extremely beautiful. Staff is very courteous and hospitable. We had problems with our air conditioners during our first night, and they changed our rooms to another residence promptly and with really good service. The restaurants in the property are top notch food, particularly Veranda.

Fantastic Resort
We stayed in the Residences Garden, it was a fantastic apartment with living room, dining table and kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 big bathroom. We had a balcony with table and sunbeds accesible from the bedroom and the dining space. Everything was perfectly clean and we had everything we need to spend a lovely and comfy stay. The resort is absolutely amazing, several pools including one for adults only, big spa, big sport center, the private beach is great, several restaurants. It's more than what we expected. We definitely recommend it and we'll come back.

Amazing hotel, great food friendly staff, clean. Perfect holiday for any age. 3 large pools with bars 2 with children’s pool, plenty of sun beds ect. Pebbled beach with sun beds & bar just a short walk down from the hotel. 5 restaurants all different. Wonderful Spa. Great breakfast choices. Lovely bar in the hotel & amazing views. Shops, supermarket children’s clubs & much more. Nothing is too much trouble. My husband & I had an amazing holiday.

The hotel was superb in almost aspects, excellent restaurants and feeling of space around the pools and the beautiful beach. The only negatives were: 1) We shared the hotel with a large conference and breakfast was extremely busy and I would have expected that the delegates could have taken breakfast in a separate area and not in the same area as the regular holidaymakers. 2) The offerings for lunch were a little limited and it would have been good to have had a little more seating around the pools where snacks could have been had on plates rather than in boxes.

A fabulous resort with amazing rooms and facilities. The spa and sports facilities are excellent and the beach and pools are immaculate. There was something for everyone. The staff were so friendly and helpful, service at its best and the Croatian culture is very warm, kind and friendly. On site facilities such as the spa and restaurants were expensive but of a high quality. We had a wonderful stay, thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Sun Gardens which we chose mainly for the resort style stay, whilst being able to get into Dubrovnik for a day visit. We arrived by ferry from Korcula and arranged a transfer to the hotel ahead of time which worked seamlessly. Check in great and efficient and we were upgraded to a 2-bedroom residence which was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated! The resort is HUGE, and we got a golf buggy to the room with our luggage. The residence was very large and really well equipped, very clean and modern. The pools were very nice, there were two outdoor pools available to us with our 5-year old. Both had pool bars and food available. Service was great. Prices were a little inflated but actually not crazy in comparison to town and other places we visited. There were a few things round the pool which could do with a bit of maintenance - one of the paddling pools was empty and the fountains and bubbles weren't working which was a shame. Also, the floor of the pool area was incredibly slippery and quite dangerous if bare foot. There were a number of dining options, but we found that all but one were too fussy and too expensive, especially if dining with children. The pizza / pasta restaurant was the only one really suitable so we ate there twice out of three evenings. We went to the Saturday night party with Asian food which we would highly recommend. The food was lovely. Overall a fab stay and we would definitely come back!

A piece of paradise
I would recommend sun gardens. It was enormous which was a little overwhelming at first. Adult pool great with our teens, sports centre excellent especially in the heat. John Barnes was coaching footie when we were there which was fab, Only down side was lots of steps 113 to our room! and restaurants expensive thought the steak one was great for a last night treat! Concierge really helpful! 20 mins from old town Dubrovnik which was 20 euros in uber and absolutely magical!

Everything was wonderful at Sun Gardens, the staff, the restaurants, the views!! You cannot walk to anywhere outside of the hotel, which for us was unfortunate, always having to take taxis but there is plenty to do within the hotel & there are shuttle services to Dubrovnik throughout the day. The pool & beach areas are all great! All in all we loved staying here

Sun Gardens Dubrovnik is an amazing hotel with great pools for all ages. Beautiful scenery, lots of restaurants that served delicious food, staff very cordial, parking included and the rooms were spacious, clean and big. Also we had beach access as well, which we love attending both-pool and beach. My family and I were thrilled with our stay.

Great location, bad restaurants.
Location is great, right on the beach. Good service and clean rooms, however the interior and decor of both the rooms and common areas are quite dated. The largest downside is the restaurants. They are very overpriced, and quality is low. Pasta dishes costs close to 30 EUR, and taste like they were made in a student's kitchen only with prefabricated goods. There are no alternatives nearby outside the hotel, so you're stuck with these restaurants only.

Would highly recommend Sun Gardens Hotel Dubrovnik. All staff were so courteous and helpful. They arranged transport when needed, recommended restaurants outside the resort that were not far from the hotel that served great food. Views from the hotel are amazing and made for a very relaxing stay. We took a shuttle boat to Old Dubrovnik town which gave some great views of the coastline and islands. Spa experience was so relaxing and facilities had a lot to offer. Having a full body massage was a great start to the holiday.

Ras, c'était parfait...l accueil, le confort de l appartement, les services..tout etait parfait... En revanche, les prix proposés dans la superette sont excessifs....( pratiquement 2 fois plus chers que dans les autres magasins)...
