Lækkert hotel
Lækkert hotel, virkelig skøn morgenmad hvor der er mulighed for at sidde udenfor. Rigtig godt fitness center. Poolområde med solen hele dagen. Fantastisk seng. Torsdag, fredag og lørdag blev der spillet høj musik ved poolen hvilket kunne høres på værelset til midnat.

Mixed experience, but in general good
In general staying at this hotel was a good experience, the staff were kind, friendly and helpful and there were access to spa, pool and gym and the location is nice. That being said, there were some things that were not that great - One of the beds in our room was in bad condition, the mattress however was soft and good. - You can literally hear everything going on in the room next to yours (we booked a room with burj khalifa view). One night the room next to ours played loud music at 1-2 am, we called the reception and they handled the situation very nicely, and the guests turned down their music. However we could still here it as the walls are quite thin. Some times we would even be able to hear people talking in the room next to ours. - We had to extend our stay for one night as our flight was rescheduled, and I even paid double the price for that extra night compared to the other nights (which is fine and understandable as the prices can vary depending on the day). However what wasn't that great was that our room was not cleaned that day. I noticed the staff about it at 3 pm and again at 5 pm, they promised that it would be done. I came back at 11 pm and the room still wasn't cleaned. I asked them whether we at least could get some new towels or something, and they said they would send somebody - but nothing happened again. My mom informed them that I'll include this episode in my review, and at 00.30 am a poor guy arrives at my door but with blankets, not towels...

Every thing was perfect, close to Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall, hotels has its own shuttle to the beach, one of the best hotel we have been in. Just enjoy the stay😁👌

Det er et lækkert hotel til okay priser. Værelset og morgenmad er super. Udendørs bar område er for skrabet og mangler hygge. Mangler stemning.

Dejligt hotel især til forretnings ophold
Rigtig god service - meget hjælpsomme og er meget aktive for at sikre at alt er som det skal være. Dejlig restaurant med meget stort udvalg både til morgenmad og til Middag (aften) - blot er det ærgerligt at man når man sidder ude, ikke kan se forbi beplantningen. Udsigten er ellers flotte byggerier og en kanal. Indkørslen til hotellet er ikke lige let for chaufførerne at finde og ej heller særlig praktisk anlagt, men det ødelægger ikke helhedsindtrykket, der er meget positivt !

Hotellet er fint kræver dog en taxa uanset hvor man skal hen, området er ikke egnet til fodgængere. Vi fik et rygere værelse som de dog fik rettet med det samme til et ikke ryger

Super gelegenes Hotel mitten in der City. 20 Gehminuten bis zur Dubai Mall. Sehr freundliches Personal und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Würden das Hotel in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen. Das Essen in der Poolbar war sehr lecker und frisch. Das Fitnessstudio war sauber und leer, was super war :) Preis-Leistung Top 😊

This property is in a great location, with amazing views of the Burj Khalifa. The deck pool and bar area is super nice and was not crowded. The breakfast had lots of variety. The staff at was so helpful and courteous and made our trip very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Dubai Downtown and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. The location is great. It's a 20-minute walk to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. You can also get taxis in front of the hotel in no time at all. The pool and bar are very nice! Unfortunately there are only a few sunbeds. The rooms and the view were beautiful! Thanks to Adeesh, our friendly room service man, we had a super clean and tidy room every day. A big compliment to the excellent, very friendly and courteous service of the hotel staff! We were delighted. We would particularly like to highlight Kelvin, Anwar and Jojo, who looked after us very nicely every day at breakfast, took a little time for us if possible and gave us lots of tips for our holiday! We would love to come back!

I paid hotel for a taxi , taxi never came , they never the phone when Expedia called to verify at 2 am phone keep ringing no answer . Took a taxi to the hotel, they said the Will credit me , never did , had no records about the conversation. They got the lines crossed , very unprofessional at the desk .

Das Hotel Zimmer war sehr sehr dreckig, nach dem 3 Anruf wurde erst reagiert und es kam jemand. Davor wurde uns immer gesagt, wir schicken einen hoch ins Zimmer aber es kam keiner, nach 45min warten kam dann endlich jemand der sich das Zimmer angeschaut hatte daraufhin durften wir das Zimmer wechseln, mussten 1 Std warten bis das Zimmer fertig war, am ende wurden es statt 1 Std fast 2Std. Schrecklich nicht zu empfehlen.
