Vældig godt
Stedet fungerer fint, og det ligger passende til mange ting. Det er til gengæld ikke et særlig fedt område at løbe en tur. Der er nærmest ikke fortove i dette område. Nemt til Mall of the Emirates og hurtigt på Sheik Zayed Rd.

Gåafstand til Mall of Emirates
Centralt beliggende hotel, gåafstand til Mall of Emirates. Rent, flot stort værelse. negativt: Ingen udsigt fra værelse og afløbene på toilettet lugtede i perioder. Men da toilet og badeværelse er separat var det til minimal gene - plus det er bare typisk Dubais VVS installationer. Swimmingpool ok, dog ret lille og på tidspunkter af dagen umuligt at få en plads ved poolen. Check ud tog længere tid end man gider. Men ok.

Vi valgte hotellet da det ligger tæt på Mall of the Emirates. Det virker slidt og trænger til en renovering. Morgenmaden er kedelig. Servicen kan forbedres. Vi skylle rykke for de ønsker vi havde.

Close to Metro and Mall of Emirates
Check in was a disaster - Had to wait 10 min, and was then being told it was not allowed to have visitor in the room - It was embarrassingly to get such a information, but maybe i look that way…….. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and very close to Metro and Mall of Emirates. Good value for your money.

Dejligt hotel, god beliggenhed og skøn pool
Rigtig dejligt hotel med lækker morgenmad. Ligger fem minutters gang fra Mall of Emirates. Personalet er utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. Vi havde bestilt et familie værelse, og det var et dejligt stort værelse med to badeværelser. Vi ankom kl 5.30, og fik vores værelse med det samme. Der er en lækker pool med sol det meste af dagen på taget. Alkohol er dyrt, så husk at køb det med fra lufthavnen.

Flot hotel.
Et fantastisk flot hotel med store værelser. Service i top og god mad. Cafe overfor, hvor man kan spise morgenmad til rimelig pris. Som nævnt meget centralt for alt. Lækker swimmingpool på taget.

Da vi ankom blev vi informeret om at poolen ikke virkede og at vi kunne tage en taxi hver gang vi skulle tilbage til værelset for at spise drikke eller ryge da det jo var ramadan. Vi valgte så et andet hotel på egen regning og fik ingen refussion selvom det var deres fejl ikke at informere Om vores muligheder,de vil bare have vores penge.man kan ikke stole på dem og jeg kommer aldrig der igen.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo che merita 5 stelle. Cibo di buona qualità sia a colazione sia a cena però nell’arco di una settimana il buffet non è mai variato. Buona la posizione in una zona poca rumorosa adiacente il mall e nei pressi della fermata della metropolitana. Taxi sempre presenti all’esterno dell’hotel. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Pulizia, soprattutto nelle aree comuni, molto buona. La stanza familiare per 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi era confortevole e dotata di 2 bagni.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, very near to the Mall. Some really nice local eateries just 5 minutes walk away. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Security staff on site 24/7, not that they were needed. Good size room with separate bath, showers and toilet, which was convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

I had the opportunity to stay in this Novotel and they performed above and beyond. From the check in staff (Ms. Paris) to the security staff (Ms. Reena), two remarkable and memorable staff members on their team, my short stay was filled with excellent customer service. I had left behind some very valuable documents in the safe in the room and forgot to pick them while I was checking out. Within an hour of me checking out I got an email from the customer service staff that I had left it there and to come collect it. I must say this was a life saver because my whole travel would have been a disaster without these documents. I cannot express my gratitude in words but THANK YOU!

One night experience
Although both the gym and pool are small they both are good. The pool has life guards so that kids can play freely. It is a rooftop pool and therefore can be enjoyed in peace during the day and early evening.The gym is well equipped for what it is. Due to environmental protection the room temperatures are set to a min of 24C. This is not very comfortable for those coming from a cold country. Although booking says 1400 check in. I was provided a room on arrival 1200. However the room was not cleaned properly. The carpet was not vacuumed, a large plastic wrapper was left on the floor. There was long hair left in the sink. Once I informed reception they were extremely apologetic wanted to offer me a new room and free travel to the airport. Breakfast is above average but not excellent. Quite a broad spectrum of food from pancakes to freshly made omelette so it will suffice.

This hotel is located in a really nice area. Across the street from Emirates mall/metro and 20 or so minutes drive from the major tourist areas with taxis driving by the hotel all the time. The hotel is nice, quiet, clean and great if you don’t want to spend a crazy amount on a hotel.

We had a great time as a family of 4 with 2 little kids. The staff was kind through and through. The breakfast was delicious and had a decent amount of choices. We most likely will stay here again in the future.

I had an amazing stay at Novotel Dubai! The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I am looking forward to returning in the future!
