Very bad hotel not worth the money. First thing was the smell of cigarettes in our room (we had non-smoking room). We then got a new room, still not clean. Even the carpets were dirty. Overall a bad experience.

Unpleasant experience
I stayed 2 nights and the place did its job when it comes to having a bed, a bath and a somewhere to stay. But... The hotel doesn’t remind of a 4 star hotel. At all.
And for 3 reasons I will not go back:
• it’s located near noisy highways. In the middle of nothing.
• It lacks completely atmosphere in itself. It’s simple, clean and the staff were very kind - but it’s without any charm. I felt I was in a cheap business office/building. Not a hotel.
• I was disturbed by other guests partying in their rooms as the walls are super thin.
Moreover: the pool and outside bar/terrace has no pleasant feeling to it.
PS: The pics enclosed are taken from my regular room on 15th floor. 2 different directions.

Ubrugelig internetforbindelse
Internetforbindelse på 0,3/0,3 mbit er ikke til at arbejde på. Jeg var i kontakt med personalet flere gange, men de kunne ikke løse det, så at arbejde på hotellet var stort set umuligt.
Kaffen glemte de også at komme med til morgenmaden, så der var mange mangler på dette hotel.
Dog var receptionisten god til at huske bestilling af taxa på afrejsedagen til lufthavnen (DXB). Det var eneste positive ting ved hotellet.

Overordnet godt hotel, men næste gang vil jeg vælge et hotel der ligger tættere på en metro station, da shuttle bussen kørte på lidt skæve tidspunkter og vi endte alligevel med at skulle tage en taxa hver gang fra og til hotellet.

New, stylish and comfortable.
Brand new and very comfortable, the Radisson is top-of-the-line and the staff were friendly.
I was there during Christmas and the hotel must have been rather full since the breakfast restaurant was packed in the morning. The staff were however very attentive and quick to get everyone seated, good job.
The Mall and Burj Khalifa is 2 km away, and a decent walk when it's not too hot. Dubai is not that big on sidewalks or pedestrians, but this stretch is walkable.
I could come again, for certain.

Levede op til mine forventninger
Ligger tæt på en byggeplads, men hvad gør ikke det i Dubai. Hotellet ligger dog i forholdsvis kort afstand til Burj Khalifa og Dubai Mall området. Har en livlig bar og lever ellers op til de forventninger man har til et 4 stjernet hotel. Kunne sagtens forestille mig at bo der igen. Vælg ophold inkl. morgenmad. Dygtigt og venligt personale.

Acceptable rooms but poorly run hotel
We arrived late night to the hotel, and the room we got where not properly cleaned, did not have bath towels and gowns. Next morning we found out that there no irons in the room and I needed to call twice to room service before they brought one. The AC was not working properly and even after three complaints the hotel where not able to fix it. The Hotels parking service was good. This could not be said about the fittness room - poorly equipt like no bench press!
The hotels bar 'La Terasse' was a big dissapointment. The service was good BUT the cappucino, icecream and lemon mint tasted horrible.
I would not recomend this hotel.

Plads til forbedring.
Vi kom ind kl. 02:00. Blev tildelt et værelse med en del mangler; Ikke tømt-skraldspand, itu bruser, ingen håndklæder.
Kunne ikke skifte værelse om natten, men blev opgraderet dagen efter til et meget fint værelse. Således god imødekommenhed og afslutning, men kedelig start.
"La Terasse" oplevelse var helt igennem meget utilfredsstillende. Dårlig service, meget dårlig kvalitet af mad/drikke.

The location was convenient.
The room and shower was not very clean. Dusty/dirty floors and stains on the bed cushion. TV and some plug outlets did not work. Only 1 operational lift. We were not told that the swimming pool was closed/under construction. We were double charged a holding fee that has been voided but I have not received the funds (3 days later).

The hotel was nice overall, but the service was lacking. Our heat wasn’t working and made a request for someone to look at it. Nobody ever showed. Made a request for an iron. Had to phone a second time and it eventually showed up 5 hours later from first phone call. Breakfast option was buffet or room service - nothing in between. When you phoned room service, they tried to get you to go to the buffet. Bar service wasnt good. They were charging $13 CAN for a 3 oz glass of wine , and most drinks were unavailable Poor was not available and under construction but it wasn’t mentioned on the website when we booked. Hotel was nice but the amenities and service were poor. Also, the hotel is right beside a major hwy so quite noisy at night.

Dirty i found a condom and lubricant in my bed upon arrival when i checked in my room . The staff isn't friendly and it wasn't worth my money the beds are hard as a brick . I couldn't stay there after one night because i had paid in advance my back was killing me so i checked out the next day just a terrible experience

Is so close to the Dubai Mall, you can walk if you want to. The only thing I would complain about is the shower water temperature control, it was very hard to set the right one.

The hotel team just waiting for guest to check their rooms facilities.
As none of them working early.
Guests should call and and ask for correct kettle, remote battery, hair dryer, safe battery, air condition controller and etc.
The worse experience was for us.
