hotelet er meget slidt og i den grad trænget til at blive modaniseret vi måtte flytte værelse da der var meget larm efter nyt værelse der var problemer med sengen dog blev det ordnet cdet er ikke et 4 stjernet hotel og ikke et hotel jeg vil bruge eller anbefale til andre dog er servicen i top

Hotellet lever bestemt ikke op til at være en 4* aller højst vil vi bedømme det til en 2,5* Personalet er venlig men generelt taler alle incl. reseption meget dårlig engelsk. Restaurant Eliea er god og det samme er “sundawner” men morgenmaden er meget indisk inspireret og der er ikke ret meget for den europæiske smag. Hotellet er meget mørkt og elevatoren virker efter forgodt befindende. Ikke et hotel vi vil anbefale og vores vurdering på en skala fra 1 til 10 vil være max 6

Hyggeligt ophold
Rigtig hyggeligt hotel, med familiær atmosfære. Personalet både på hotellet og i restauranterne gør virkelig deres ypperligste for at man kan føle hjemme.

The room was small and had a lot of noise a night. When I had to smoke I had to go all the way down and out of the hotel because they didn't give me a room where I could smoke in. Even If I had to pay for it I would have but they never asked me. and the food was very expensive too and didnt even taste so good.

Great staff and rooms.
The service at the hotel was really good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The surroundings and atmosphere was cosy. The only negative part is that there's only two elevators to service the whole building, including the staff for room service, cleaning mm hence you can wait for quite some time to get down.

Fint til prisen
OK hotel til prisen. Morgenmad var OK ift. prisen men ikke prangende. Meget få europæere på hotellet, hvilket sikkert også sætter sine spor ift. hvilken morgenmad de serverer. De reklamerer bl.a. for sportsbar. Den er der også og er både stor og fin, men det er samtidig hotellets rygeområde, ikke tilladt for unge under 21, og man må ikke købe en øl og tage den med uden for rummet. Vi oplevede også dyre transfers til lufthavn fordi vi var 4 personer (grænser var 3). Så OK, men heller ikke mere, og lidt skuffende når man booker en Executive Suite.

Dejlig hotel med søde personale
Dejlig tæt på metroen så det er nemt at komme rundt og skifte til den anden linie hvis man vil ind og se serværdigheder som Dubai mall og Dubai Marina og tæt på lidt butikker og restaurant.

Fint hotel men lidt langt fra metro du du kommer til at bruge meget peng på taxa og ikke rigtig noget shoppingcentre træt på ca 5 min væk fra hotellet med taxa eller er det meget familie venlig sted kan varmt anbefales

I liked the location of the property as it was convinient. Not so much liked the quality of service, unless I was asking for more than that type of hotel should provide. There was a mishap done by housekeepers but the upper management didn't do what it took for a come back game.

La photo, c'était à l'ouverture de l'établissement... depuis tout est très TRÈS défraîchi... Restaurant bondé quelle que soit l'heure du PDJ, impossible de s'asseoir alors que certaines parties du restaurant sont rendues inaccessibles!!! Viennoiseries rassies et nourriture franchement de mauvaise qualité. Pas testé les autres repas. Couloirs très bruyants surtout la nuit ! A éviter absolument sauf si vous êtes fan de la culture indienne...

My experience at the hotel was so distressing that I would not consider returning, even if offered a stay for free. Initially, I was placed in a room that was both unsightly and foul-smelling. Matters worsened when I had to switch to another room that was in an even poorer condition, and I was forced to settle for a twin bed room despite being alone. The tranquility of my stay was constantly interrupted by loud music from nearby clubs during the night. Additionally, the hotel's elevator service was severely lacking, with only two elevators for a large building, causing long waiting times. The reviews rating was 8.6 ... It is hugely misleading .

This hotel is not diverse and I won,t recommend this. You may think you are India and not Dubai. The worst of it all they have 8 nightclubs with load music until 4am. None of these are diverse and all play Indian music. Is great for those who want to explore the Indian culture. The staff are friendly. Be aware that the spa and sauna come at an extra charge. My biggest regret 😪 it was also my first time in Dubai. It was a complete waste of money fell ill after not being able to get a decent night sleep.

Hi! We stayed here for a few days. The service was very good. We totally love the staff. The only part that can be improved is the elevator situation. It can get very busy at times and people don't wait nicely. Special shout out to Krishan & Rhitek & Faizel! (And of course the rest of the staff)

The front reception was littered. The front reception couches are worn down and have no strenght in them. The rooms need repairs. Walls have marks and the TV's are from 90's. I don't recommmend anyone from North America to enter this hotel.

The worse hotel I have ever been .smells was like……! Food was very bad and low quality. The rooms smells very bad and old. Don’t even go to this hotel even if you have to. So disappointed! I reserved this hotel because was close to US embassy but I couldn’t even sleep there . The lift was so slow and the crowed was crazy!

There is nothing to like. 1. It is not a 4 starts hotel 2. There are only 2 elevators and took me 10 minutes to get a ride (up and down). The elevator was always full of people 3. The toilet spred an unbelievable smell and when I called they brought someone with an air freshener. It didn't help at all. I couldnt sleep and had to change to another room. Same smell form time to time 4. An alarm noice starts shouting at random times Daily and after midnight. It woke me up every time. No answer from receptionists on what it was 5. Etc
