Definitely one of the best hotels in Dubai, good service nice rooms, the bar and club is also top tier, the prices could be a bit better though.

Super lækkert hotel, god service og placering. Det ideelle hotel for folk som gerne vil feste, ligge ved poolen/stranden og være der hvor det hele sker. To af de fedeste natklubber/barer i området ligger på dette hotel.

Luksus hotel
Et super lækkert hotel med det bedste personale. Folk er meget serviceminded og hjælper dig med alt. Værelserne er store og rummelige med moderne design. Jeg kan virkelige anbefale spa området. Vi fik den bedste massage og poolen er helt speciel med diverse massagedele. Der er også dampbad. Det bedste ved spa området er at man kan trække sig fra alle de andre mennesker der bruger den store fælles pool.

The hotel is amazing. The ambiance how ever gives you the feeling of being in an airport or a night club because there is security everywhere. The stafff was friendly but the food way over priced. It’s the perfect place for a photo shoot holiday but not if you’re looking for a budget vacation!

Hotellet var stort og lækkert, men relativ dårlig service. Derudover var vi ikke inden vi ankom, informeret om at stranden er under renovering og derfor slet ikke kan benyttes. Desværre er der ikke pool kapacitet eller solsenge nok til ret mange mennesker - hotellets størrelse taget i betragtning, så vi kunne faktisk ikke få en plads ved nogen af poolsne i tidsrummet frem til kl 16, de dage vi var der. Super rent og pænt ellers, og dejlige værelser.

①はじめて部屋の玄関扉を開いた時に、平面的に部屋が斜めになっているのかと思いましたが、後々、よく見ると収納の扉がとまっていなく廊下側に出ている事に気づく。 ②基本、部屋では靴を脱いで過ごしますが、床を清掃していないのか？、又は、満室で普段使わない部屋を割り当てられたのか？、清掃が行き渡っていない印象を受けました。(洗面台部にも長い毛も有。) ③BALが設置されているので、朝日を昇る景色を見る事が出来、その点については良かったです。(道路側から見て右側の部屋) ④夜、車のふかしている音が気になった。 ⑤プールや海については申し分なく良かったです。

Charged my credit card twice for a fee I paid in cash. Unresponsive to my requests to refund. Loud music every night in 3 am and hookers walking around in the upstairs “club” trying to pick up old men with money. Not the best spot for a honeymoon.

What a horrible property and staff. To keep it short, it’s full of malpractices from day managers to overnight shifts. They accessed my. Room went through my stuff at 2am! Under the excuse of a system glitch. Called the police. One of the worst supposedly 5 star. It’s not even 3. Also if you are a family, or a solo traveler looking for a bit of a vibe and clean classy environment- this is not the place for you. Would never dare to stay here again.

Had a horrible experience staying at this hotel. Expedia was very misleading with the pictures and description about the two bedroom residence. The description claimed that the two bedroom residence had two king beds; however, that was not true at all. One of the beds was close to a king bed but the other was hardly even a queen bed. This really put me off because the description claimed something else. The description clearly said that the residence had two king beds. At the end of the day, it is not okay for companies like Expedia to post misleading reviews in order to prompt people to book. That is extremely unethical and wrong on your part. Rest assured, I will not be using Expedia for any future bookings after my experience this time.

Asked for a twin room and got a room with 2 single beds - was expecting two doubles - bedding did not fit properly. Rooms on the front are very noisy - think cars all night doors banging and revving engines - we were on the first floor Lot of other guests coming back late banging doors and thumping music - not the hotesl fault. Not restful but staff were lovel

Hvis du ikke vil havne midt i red light..så styr unna. Ikke en familievennlig eller menneske vennlig spør du meg. Mer skitten Hotel med horeri overalt..burde blitt stengt på dagen og de som eier eller drifte den bli stilt for en sharia lov.
