"This is our second stay at Sprowston Manor. Overall, we really enjoyed it. However, we booked dinner in the bar on our first night, rather than the restaurant so we could bring our dog. This was booked in advance, for our whole party. When we arrived, we were given a tiny table to sit at, which wouldn’t have fitted all our plates (when we stated previously, they had regular sized tables in the bar and so this wasn’t an issue). "The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences."
