"Service and breakfast was of a very standard, and far away from what I expect for a 4-star hotel. I met only one receptionist that spoke a decent English. Service in the reception was ok, but at breakfast it was close to non-existing. "

"Et godt ophold som tjente som overnatning ifm arbejde. Personalet var yderst venlige, men værelset var for småt. Ingen reel mulighed for at side og arbejde med PC. Stolen ramte sengen hver gang du flyttede dig en centimetre. Betalingen var også kritisk. Jeg forventede, at betale kontant. Nej hotellet havde trukket betalingen ved min ankomst. 3 ubenyttede nætter pga. tjenesterejse, kunne naturligvis ikke refunderes???? Dårlig forretning."

"L'hotel è molto curato e pulito nelle zone comuni, la lounge è elegante e confortevole, la cucina e poco varia ma di buona qualità. Quello che mi ha deluso profondamente, ahimé, è la pulizia della camera. Nei 4 giorni di pernottamento, la pulizia si riduceva al semplice cambio asciugamani e cestini dell'immondizia. Il letto veniva soltanto coperto e le lenzuola restavano puntualmente sgualcite, eventuali stoviglie utilizzate non venivano portate via, finendo per accumularsi giorno dopo giorno....

"The smell in my room was awful and the noice from the construction site was even worse so we checked out after one night (booked 3 nights) The elevator was a joke with the right attitude, but else just scary so this place needs a lot of work to be suitable hotel again, it looks sounds and smells like the place is falling apart, but the old architecture was interesting, helpful at chekh-in but boring when me and my partner decided to leave early, but knew however that the construction noice...
