"We recently stayed at Rustic Riverfront Retreat on our drive to the midwest for Thanksgiving. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was much bigger than the pictures show, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there were two full bathrooms and two sets of washer/dryer. "This is a nice apartment located in the heart of downtown Gettysburg, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Very clean, spacious. The apartment is on a main street, and you will hear traffic at night. Also, there is no couch or upholstered chairs for lounging. The bed is a standard double, not queen or king, with a second single bed. We found it comfortable and very conveniently located."

"The location can't be beat- right on the river and walking distance to everything you could want. That being said, the accommodations were average- it gives the vibe of DIY. If you have reactive dogs (luckily we don't) i would suggest staying elsewhere- you can hear all the movements of your neighbors. But again, location was awesome."

"First time multiple night visit to Harrisburg. Third floor cozy apartment in a beautiful building facing the Susquehanna. All of the needed creature comforts, three head shower, comfortable bed and sofa, good Wi-Fi. Good food and drink within walking distance. We were also there during Artfest which was fabulous and right outside the door. If you are a baseball fane the Harrisburg Senators field is also within walking distance. "This apartment is so pretty. It was very comfortable. There were snacks from local companies, Utz chips and Hershey chocolate which was very thoughtful.
