"The property has an apartment and the individuals rent it as if it is part of the hotel. It doesn't have the same service as the hotel rooms. The listing is wrong and I will have to pay extra to get a clean room operated by the hotel. I don't recommend renting the apartment onwed by an individuals."

"Not the newest hotel in Jerusalem and a bit warn. OK beds and ok cleaning. Located in walking distance from Yitzhak Navon train station between station and old city. Directly in front of main street a bit noise until around late evening. Staff/owner was very friendly and helpful so a good place to start visit in terms of recommendations etc. and in terms of non-expensive stay."

"Marianne was a dream to work with. The apartment had everything we needed. There’s plenty of room for the five of us and more. Parking was a real plus. All the appliances worked well and made our stay easy. Definitely would recommend and stay again. "

"The Even Israel apartments have an excellent location if you want easy access to town and the Old City. The apartments are new and beautifully furnished. Benjamin’s service was excellent. Cleaning fee is additional to daily rate. Access to the apartments with lots of luggage requires a bit of negotiation. "

"No air conditioning despite they said it was working, internet did not work either despite user and passwords were provided and the worst cold water they told me how to turn it on but I did it for two hours and zero hot water came out of the faucet those are just facts and I am usually pacient but this just over pass me "
