"This house was the perfect location for our visits to Saguaro National Park--East and West, the Tucson Botanical Gardens and the Arizona-Sonoran Desert Museum. Lots of big cacti at each spot! The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to do so. We would recommend it to friends visiting Tucson."

"We stayed at this property when we were in Tucson for graduation ceremonies ot U of A. It is a beautiful spot. The view is great. The unit is the best of the group. Inside is great. We enjoyed our time and would stay again. (minor detail: I could not figure out how to tune in ABC/NBC live on the TV but we were not there to watch TV and did not bother to contact the host.)"

"Our group of 5 (2 adult couples and one 14-year old) stayed 3 nights, and this is our new favorite place in the Lake Martinez vicinity. The house has been completely transformed from when we saw it about 15 years ago. We could sit out on the patio for hours enjoying the picturesque landscape, the saguaros and ocotillo, and the many birds that visit. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub each day. It's a little weird to pay top dollar including cleaning fees and then be asked to clean the property with threats of possible extra fees. Including taking the trash out to the curve. I don't know but for this price, some sort of service should be included and not asked of. Very stressful to have to remember to clean and take out trash on graduation day..."
